Our home is a split-bedroom design which offers peace and quiet for everyone— great for families or multiple couples. Cruise to the town squares, golf courses, and pools with the included 4-person golf cart! It is conveniently located between Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood in the highly sought-after village of Duval. It is a short distance from the Sea Breeze Rec Center and the Duval (adult only) pool. It’s a golfer’s oasis with 8 – 10 golf courses within minutes including Sandhill, Turtle Mound, Truman, Roosevelt, Bogart and Bacall. It is also close to the Pinellas Plaza and Colony Plaza shopping areas.

With vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan, and an expansive screened in lanai, this home is perfect for enjoying the indoors or outdoors in comfort and style. All of the bedrooms have new vinyl plank flooring and the kitchen is equipped with all that you need for your stay. On the lanai is also a BBQ grill for your use. The master bedroom has a king bed and a smart TV. It includes two large walk-in closets with an adjacent private bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV, and the third bedroom has a Murphy bed to allow for it to be used as an office. The two guest bedrooms are separated by a second bath. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer and the garage is a two-car garage. Small dogs are welcome with owner approval. A gas golf cart is included for your enjoyment making it easy to take advantage of all that is offered in The Villages. Even though we reside in Pennsylvania, there is an on-site manager permanently based in The Villages, ready to assist with any inquiries you may have.

Come to The Villages and get access to pools, golf courses, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, bag toss, bocce ball among other activities. With over 3000 clubs, join others in playing Mahjongg, Samba, Euchre and many other games. Two town halls are just minutes away, offer nightly entertainment, shopping, and numerous dining options. The temporary resident IDs are available for two for $50.
