1st Bedroom - Queen-Sized Bed:
Located on the first floor, adjacent to the family room, this spacious bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed, a generous closet, and large windows that overlook the tranquil backyard.
Additionally, there is a twin trundle bed on the first floor, tucked behind drapes for added privacy. While not classified as one of the 4 bedrooms, it provides an extra sleeping space for one guest.
2nd Bedroom - King-Sized Bed:
Upstairs, you’ll find the expansive primary bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a smart TV mounted on the wall, an electric fireplace, and a ceiling fan. This luxurious suite also boasts a large private deck and an elegant primary bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a spacious walk-in closet.
3rd Bedroom - Bunk Bed Room:
The third bedroom is perfect for kids or young-at-heart guests, featuring a twin-over-double bunk bed. This room includes a Smart TV, an oversized comfy bean bag, a ceiling fan, and a private balcony overlooking the front of the house and the golf course.

Brand New Hot Tub - Hot Tub comfortably sits 6 people, a GREAT place to relax after a day on the slopes! Hot Tub is available year round during the hours of 8am-10pm. Guests cannot use the hot tub after 9pm daily.
Distance to the Beach: Less than a half mile (0.40 miles) from our house to the beaches of North Lake Tahoe! Makes for a easy walk, bike ride or very short drive to get to the beach:

***If guests are loud after 9pm daily, Placer County Short Term Rental Code Enforcement has the ability to fine up to $1,500 for the first offense and $3,000 for the 2nd offense, if fines are issued for disregarding these rules, then the guests will be responsible for breaking these county rules.
3. NO Loud Music inside or outside of home - Under Placer County Short Term Rental Rules, loud music cannot be played any time of the day.
***If there is loud music anytime of day, Placer County Short Term Rental Code Enforcement has the ability to fine up to $1,500 for the first offense and $3,000 for the 2nd offense, if fines are issued for disregarding these rules, then the guests will be responsible for breaking these county rules.
4. NO PETS - This is a no pet property unless you have disclosed your pet on your booking request and paid the pet fee, max 1 pet allowed under 50 pounds.
5. OCCUPANCY LIMITS. Occupancy is limited to the guests listed on your reservation booking.
6. NO SMOKING - No smoking allowed on the property , inside or outside
7. HOT TUB - The hot tub cannot be used daily after 9pm as there is a strict noise ordinance from 9pm - 8am.

-Disclosure - Our home is conveniently located on Highway 267, providing easy access to North Lake Tahoe's top attractions. While this prime location offers great convenience, it may come with some minimal traffic noise at times. We want to ensure full transparency and make sure this does not impact your stay. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—we're here to help!
-Like most homes in the Tahoe/Truckee area , we do not have air conditioning, however we have several fans to throughout the house to keep you cool in the evenings of those warm summer nights.
- Must climb stairs — 2-story home. 2 flights of stairs to get to the front door. Stairs inside home. There is a full bedroom and full bathroom on the 1st floor
- Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
- May encounter potentially dangerous animals — Wildlife can be seen. There are Bears in the Lake Tahoe area, do not leave food/trash outside or in your cars.
