Welcome to a spacious and thoughtfully designed retreat featuring two separate homes—the Main House and the Casita—perfect for families, groups, and multi-generational travelers! Every corner is designed with comfort, fun, and convenience in mind, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax, play, and make memories.

Main House (4 Bedrooms):
Primary Bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2: King bed
Bedroom 3: Queen-over-Queen bunk beds
Bedroom 4: Queen pull-out sofa
Casita (1 Bedroom):
Primary Suite: King bed with ensuite bathroom

Each bedroom features colorful decor, Smart TVs, black-out curtains and thoughtful touches for a restful stay.

Bathrooms:

Main House: 2 full bathrooms (ensuite in primary bedroom + hallway bath)
Casita: 1 full ensuite bathroom

Kitchens:

Main House Kitchen: Fully stocked for hosting up to 12 guests, featuring a dual Keurig for single-serve or full-pot brewing for the family, modern appliances, and essentials for large group dining—including a table that seats 12.

Casita Kitchen: Fully stocked with all essentials, including a drip coffee machine, plates, silverware, and more for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Coffee (Ground and K-cups), Tea, Sugar, Creamer, Salt/Pepper, Olive Oil and other essential spices are provided for our guests to enjoy on site!

Kid-friendly plastic dishware and silicone wine glasses/tumblers are provided for poolside use.

We’re happy to welcome your furry family members! The property is pet-friendly and includes thoughtful amenities for your pets, such as a mesh dog bed, dog bowls, leashes, and waste bags (please pick up after your pets!) to make their stay as comfortable as yours. Let your pets enjoy the spacious, fenced outdoor areas while you relax and unwind.

Thoughtfully designed to make our guests feel right at home, this property combines fun, relaxation, and convenience for a truly unforgettable getaway! Whether you're lounging by the pool, enjoying a game night, or gathering for a family dinner, every moment is sure to be special.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay, including both the Main House and Casita. The private driveway accommodates up to 4 cars, ensuring convenient parking for your group. The property is fully fenced, offering privacy and space to enjoy all outdoor amenities—including the pool, firepit, playground, and outdoor lounge areas. It’s your own private oasis to relax, play, and create lasting memories!

We want your stay to be as seamless and enjoyable as possible! While we won’t be on-site during your visit, self check-in is available for your convenience. Should you need anything at all, our dedicated team is just a message away and ready to ensure your stay is unforgettable. To help protect our home and ensure a safe, enjoyable stay for everyone, we ask that you follow these rules:

No Glass in the Pool Area: Use the provided plastic or silicone dishware and tumblers for safety by the pool.

No Additional Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Additional guests must have prior approval from the host.

This is NOT a Party House: Please respect our home and neighbors by avoiding loud noise, parties, or large gatherings.

Exterior Cameras: We have exterior cameras at the front of the property for security. If we see more guests than allowed, the reservation will be canceled, and guests will be asked to leave without a refund.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please keep noise levels low during these times to respect our neighbors.

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome, but please ensure they are supervised outdoors and kept off furniture. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, using the provided waste bags.

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Guests may smoke in outdoor areas but must properly dispose of cigarette butts.

Leave No Trace: Please treat the home with care. We ask that you tidy up after yourself, avoid moving furniture, and report any damages or issues promptly.

Pool Safety: Guests use the pool at their own risk. No running or rough play around the pool area, and children must always be supervised.
