This stunning 3-bedroom 2 bath renovated beach house is in the best location in Asbury. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk from this stylish sun drenched first floor apartment with 2 porches exclusively for your use. Enjoy 1800 sq. feet of living space. Sleeps 6. The main bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have queen beds and share a full bath in the hallway. There is off-street parking for up to 3 cars (a rarity in this neighborhood). There is an in-unit washer/dryer, a well-equipped fully stocked kitchen, super fast wi-fi, 3 bikes, 6 beach chairs and beach towels, and 6 beach badges to use during your stay. Pets are welcome!

Cathy’s place is spacious, inviting, nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. We had everything we could have wanted and more. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were a nice convenience. Proximity to beach/boardwalk was great. I would stay again for sure!

Wonderful House and Location!! Our family was in town for a wedding, and the location and layout of the house were perfect. The house was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities one could need. We loved being so close to the beach and boardwalk as well as quick walk into tow where there were wonderful restaurants and shops. The owner was amazing, and the communication could not have been better. We would 100% stay at this house again if we were back in the area.

I highly recommend this property and will be staying here again next summer. The check-in process was seamless, the rooms were spacious, and we were SO close to the beach. We had a wonderful time and Cathy was a phenomenal and very communicative host.

Place was amazing beyond expectations!

I truly want to hand it to Cathy for her thoughtfulness upon our arrival and the outstanding layout of the place! I could never write enough to commend our stay, but we were so impressed with everything about the place, from Cathy being there upon our arrival to give us a tour of the property and the furnishings were immaculate and very comfortable (even our children complimented the place which NEVER happens, lol)! I would highly recommend a stay here, thanks Cathy for everything!

Amazing Stay

The place was beautiful and spotless.This is definitely a place to stay at if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. Just 2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk!! Friendly and helpful hosts. If you have a pup... there is an amazing dog beach within walking distance!!

My family and our dog had a great weekend staying here while visiting friends in the area. The apartment was exactly as we expected from the listing, and Robert the property manager made everything so easy. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Fantastic get away

We came to decompress from a challenging summer and as soon as we walked into the apartment our stress levels lowered. The decor, the kitchen, the location was everything we wanted and needed. We didn’t want to leave.

Great beautiful space by the sea!

The house is beautiful and beyond clean. The front porch and back deck are also great for morning coffee or after beach day chill. Perfect location for myself and 2 friends for our yearly girls trip. Everything was provided that we needed including beach tags, chairs, beach towels and towels. I would highly recommend the stay!

Property Did Not Disappoint!

We would stay at this property over and over again. The Owner and Property Manager are wonderful! The property had everything we needed, perfect location, super clean, awesome front porch, pet friendly

Delightful, well appointed, and comfortable beach getaway

Elated we found this spot and enjoyed our experience. Furnishings were refined and adult, space well sized, blocks from the beach (and dog beach!), and the homiest front porch/back deck to take it all in. Manager and owner were extremely kind and responsive throughout the process. Definitely a stay we hope to repeat. Highly recommend!

Lovely flat close to beach

Robert was there to greet us and walk us through the property. It was so great to be so close to the beach: we usually went with minimal stuff and swam, came home to cook and went back to boardwalk. Pleasant walk through beautiful neighborhood to restaurants. The kitchen is stocked with everything I could think of. Beds were comfortable and new and place was thoughtfully and beautifully decorated.
