This stunning 3-bedroom 2 bath renovated beach house is in the best location in Asbury. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk from this stylish sun drenched first floor apartment with 2 porches exclusively for your use. Enjoy 1800 sq. feet of living space. Sleeps 6. The main bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have queen beds and share a full bath in the hallway. There is off-street parking for up to 3 cars (a rarity in this neighborhood). There is an in-unit washer/dryer, a well-equipped fully stocked kitchen, super fast wi-fi, 3 bikes, 6 beach chairs and beach towels, and 6 beach badges to use during your stay. Pets are welcome!

Great place to stay in Asbury Park

House was great with everything we could have possibly needed. Amazing location close to the beach, boardwalk, and a lot of nice restaurants. Host was great!

Fantastic get away

We came to decompress from a challenging summer and as soon as we walked into the apartment our stress levels lowered. The decor, the kitchen, the location was everything we wanted and needed. We didn’t want to leave.

Property Did Not Disappoint!

We would stay at this property over and over again. The Owner and Property Manager are wonderful! The property had everything we needed, perfect location, super clean, awesome front porch, pet friendly…even big dogs are welcome. Our chocolate lab had a blast at the dog beach! Beautiful, clean property

We enjoyed our stayed very much. We really appreciated the clean linens and clean property. We loved that we could bring our dog, too! We loved being close to great food, the beach, and great shopping.

Great beautiful space by the sea!

The house is beautiful and beyond clean. The front porch and back deck are also great for morning coffee or after beach day chill. Perfect location for myself and 2 friends for our yearly girls trip. Everything was provided that we needed including beach tags, chairs, beach towels and towels. I would highly recommend the stay!

Amazing Stay

The place was beautiful and spotless.This is definitely a place to stay at if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. Just 2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk!! Friendly and helpful hosts. If you have a pup... there is an amazing dog beach within walking distance!!

Great home near beach

Hosts were friendly and helpful. Home was exactly as pictured and very clean. Great location that is walking distance to the beach. We had a great time visiting Asbury Park. Highly recommended!

Great apartment close to the beach

The property was just as described. It was clean, large and very comfortable. Unlike many places we’ve stayed, the check out was easy. We didn’t have to clean, do any laundry, etc. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside is that they didn’t have contactless check in. After a long day of travel, you sort of just want to get to bed without having someone meet you at the place you’re staying to chit chat.

My family and our dog had a great weekend staying here while visiting friends in the area. The apartment was exactly as we expected from the listing, and Robert the property manager made everything so easy. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Early fall beach escape

We stayed here for a week while renovations were taking place at our home. The house is in a great location two blocks from the beach. It was BEAUTIFULLY CLEAN and well taken care of. The host was extremely kind, responsive, and accommodating. He even shipped an item we left at the house to us with a thank you card. We were very happy with all aspects of our stay and would happily stay here again for future vacations.

Everything was simply perfect! The house itself was recently renovated and beautiful, a short walk to the beach, and with all the amenities one could ask for. Would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic asbury apartment

I really enjoyed my time in Asbury Park. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Excellent location and proximity to the beach, plus parking was provided. I would without hesitation, stay here again.

Lovely home in Prime Spot in Asbury Park, NJ

Just a lovely, wonderful place to stay for a few nights so close to the beach and boardwalk. Asbury Park has some wonderful restaurants too and everything so close to this great 2 porch (back & front) 1st floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with finishing touches that fit to a T! Bath towels, bed sheets, beach towels were all provided and now I must talk about the beds. Probably the most comfortable beds my husband and I have ever slept in. The most, yup, I'm going to say it...luxurious mattresses, comforters, and pillows ever. We were on vacation for 4 nights but slept like we were responsibility-free for 4 months! And to be welcomed with bakery cookies and a basket of snacks on the counter of this beautiful fully stocked of everything-you-need kitchen. Oh, did I mention the chairs and umbrella for the beach? All you need to bring is some shorts and a bathing suit, this place had everything you would ever need on vacation. We have been traveling and renting at the NJ shore every summer for about 30+ years, this without a doubt had the most amenities and you can just tell that Cathy, the owner cares that her guests have a wonderful time. Bob, the realtor/location management person equally as wonderful checking in before, during and at the end of our visit allowing us to check out a little later than usual (we seriously did not want to leave!) We really appreciated his comfortable-style dedication to us having a great time. We sure did. Thank you so much! Ann & Kieran Burnett

Delightful, well appointed, and comfortable beach getaway

Elated we found this spot and enjoyed our experience. Furnishings were refined and adult, space well sized, blocks from the beach (and dog beach!), and the homiest front porch/back deck to take it all in. Manager and owner were extremely kind and responsive throughout the process. Definitely a stay we hope to repeat. Highly recommend!

Lovely flat close to beach

Robert was there to greet us and walk us through the property. It was so great to be so close to the beach: we usually went with minimal stuff and swam, came home to cook and went back to boardwalk. Pleasant walk through beautiful neighborhood to restaurants. The kitchen is stocked with everything I could think of. Beds were comfortable and new and place was thoughtfully and beautifully decorated.
