This vaulted-ceiling condo is located on the ski slopes and bike trails adjacent to Bryce Resort's lodge and lifts. It's super convenient - 50-yard walk to the main ski/bike lift, a 75-yard walk to the ski/bike shop, and a 100-yard walk to the Resort's lodge, restaurant & bar. The golf course pro shop is a 0.4 mile walk or short drive. Other amenities in Basye are a short 1.5 mile drive, including the Community Store, Burn Barrel tavern, Pale Fire Brewing, and RHouse wine bar & cafe. Kids and adults alike also love this condo's easy access to the Aspen East pool (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, 7am-10pm) adjacent to the building.

FEATURES & AMENITIES:
Aspen East #235: Timber Lodge is a one bedroom, one bathroom, top floor unit with 36 steps up from parking lot level. While the stair climb is tough, the view of the ski slopes is totally worth it! The balcony is high up at lift-level, so guests can chat with skiers passing by.

Timber Lodge was renovated in 2016. Aside from its lift-level views of the ski slopes, other wow-factors include a built-in triple-decker bunk bed, massive stone fireplace with an electric insert, and unique floor plan for extra sleeping privacy. The living room and bedroom have front-row views of the ski slopes and passersby on the ski lift. Dining is bar seating for four at the galley-style kitchen bar. The bedroom has two queen beds partitioned by a permanent privacy divider. Additional sleeping capacity is provided by triple-decker bunk beds (three twins) in the living room (huge hit with kiddos!). Each bunk has a cubby with reading light and USB outlet. This unit comfortably sleeps up to seven, subject to the limitations of having only one bathroom. You'll love the short walk to the ski lift and Bryce Resort's facilities. The living room features a substantial stone fireplace (not wood-burning), cozy furnishings, and a smart TV (streaming only). The bedroom also includes a smart TV. The bathroom features separate powder and shower/commode rooms. A stacked full-size washer/dryer unit is located in the bedroom closet.

The kitchen includes basic cookware, tableware, appliances, and a basket-style drip coffee maker (filters provided, but please bring your favorite grind). The condo is also supplied with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper, two dishwasher tabs, three kitchen trash bags, one bath trash bag, one paper towel roll, one kitchen dish towel, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad. We encourage guests with larger groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store.

High-speed internet is delivered through an Eero mesh WiFi network at speeds up to 100mbps -- plenty for working, streaming and light gaming.

This is a Self-Check-In unit. You'll receive check-in instructions seven days prior to arrival that include the property's address, driving directions, a unique Key Code, and other important information.

Quiet hours after 10:00 pm are strongly enforced by the local security and police.
