House was clean I will say that! Homeowner was easily contacted and returned messages quickly until he decided to enter the property without notifying me. When we arrived the home was extremely clean but not as advertised in certain aspects. There was no longer a TV in the master. Brought that to homeowners attention and 2 day later we finally got him to install the 55â TV he advertised was in there. Have him permission to install the TV and the next day gave permission to come pick up a car and tools that were in the garage. I guess that was considered an open door to come whenever. When we returned early from a day trip sunday the homeowner was there and had not notified us. Said he was there âdropping off chairs and an umbrella for the beachâ well, those chairs were in the garage the day we came, we looked for them. He did apologize for entering the home without notice. However, we were there with our 13 year old who was left sleeping off and on for me to drive my husband to do his per diem shifts in the ER or for me to run to the food store. we now had to worry if he was continuing to come and go or if he had been coming and going the whole time. There was no emergency or yard work done. No mechanical issues! the house was clean, but now we are uncomfortable. The review is being left this way because this was a direct violation of our privacy while staying and of his own house rules I have photos of how we left the property immaculate! and of our conversations
