Situated directly on the shoreline, this 1-bedroom condo with hallway bunks and two full bathrooms comfortably sleeps up to six guests and offers stunning water views from the living space and balcony.

Step outside onto your private Gulf-front balcony to enjoy the sound of waves and endless views of emerald water and sugar-white sand. Inside, the condo features a spacious living area with a queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and an open layout ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun.
The fully equipped kitchen includes ample counter space and seating, making meals easy whether you're cooking in or grabbing takeout nearby. Hallway bunk beds provide a fun and functional sleeping option, while the primary suite offers privacy and comfort after long beach days.

-Parking: Parking is NOT included in your reservation. The guest is responsible for pre-registering for parking through Tidewater HOA. It is $35 + tax + credit card fee = $39.59. This gets you 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands for this 1 bedroom + bunk unit. You will receive the link to register in your Welcome Guide-3 days before arrival.

- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.

-No Smoking Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
