Welcome to Lakeside Serenity, a serene 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom lakefront condo in the heart of Seascape Resort's Boardwalk Villas. This two-story unit (stairs required) boasts incredible sunset views over Stewart Lake and Gulf views from the two private screened-in balconies.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
About the Vacation Rental Unit:
Located just steps from pool and beach and a host of resort amenities, this property provides the ultimate coastal escape for families or small groups. Please note: to get to the main floor there is one flight of exterior stairs to climb.
Lakeside Serenity offers a perfect combination of tranquility and convenience. This two-story 1546 square foot condo is designed to make your coastal getaway unforgettable, with ample space, modern amenities, and spectacular gulf views from inside the unit as well as both balconies. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar, an ice maker, and ample storage for your convenience. Relax on the screened-in balconies with views of Stewart Lake and enjoy the tranquil ambiance.
This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom: King bed, dresser, closet, TV, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, combination tub/shower, and toilet. Master has its own access to a screened-in balcony with stunning lake and Gulf views
Primary Guest Bedroom: King bed, dresser, closet, TV, ensuite bathroom with a combination tub/shower, vanity, and toilet
3rd Bedroom: Two double beds, dresser, closet, TV, ensuite bathroom with a combination tub/shower, vanity, and toilet
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
Parking:
Guests may park up to 2 vehicles in designated parking spaces near the unit. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass. Golf cart parking is also conveniently located (and chargers are available).
About the Community/Property:
The Boardwalk Villas at Seascape Resort offer a peaceful, lakefront setting just steps from the beach. Visit nearby restaurants like Whaleâs Tail Beach Bar and Grill or Cabana Cafe at Ariel Dunes. Explore walking and biking trails, golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, water sports, and more within the resort. The Seascape Resort provides access to a wide range of amenities.
Enjoy Private Beach Access: A boardwalk from the complex leads directly to Seascapeâs 2,000 feet of white sandy beaches. Enjoy the seasonally heated outdoor pool within a 1-minute walk of the condo, complete with a spacious pool deck, covered entertainment area, and bathrooms. Wristbands must be worn by all guests wishing to access the pool.
Other details to note:
Parking passes and swimming pool wristbands will be left on the kitchen countertop awaiting your arrival. Please leave the wristbands there for our next guests!
Trash pickup is on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Trash bins are located by the building.
Upon booking, youâll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as itâs not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
