Our fantastic beach villa is just the place for you! In addition to its excellent location, steps away from the beautiful Emerald Coast, we’ve furnished our villa with comfort, relaxation, and entertainment in mind.

Our vacation rental is perfect for your group of up to 11 people. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms with smart TVs & Roku, comfy beds for restful sleep, plus a large living area- perfect for watching your favorite movie or having a fun game night (use our complimentary poker set)!

Kitchen: If you love to cook while on vacation, you’ll be happy to find everything you need and then some in our fully stocked kitchen! Enjoy gorgeous stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, double-toaster, blender, coffee maker, pots, pans, and dishes.

Enjoy plenty of meal seating with our large family-style dining table and breakfast bar seating. There’s room for everyone!

Outside: Wake up each morning and enjoy a freshly brewed coffee on your private, covered patio with a porch swing. Enjoy the lovely pond views while relaxing or eating breakfast on the deck. Want to grill some fresh seafood? Plan an evening cookout with our nearby furnished charcoal barbecue grill, and enjoy the intimate backyard.

Cleanliness is a priority! Our fantastic guest reviews confirm that our wonderful villa will be deeply and thoroughly cleaned before your stay. Our staff uses CDC-approved hard surface disinfectants and sanitizer to kill all COVID-19 germs. We also disinfect all doorknobs, faucets, & bathroom fixtures to keep you safe & healthy.

At Seascape Resort, you’re in the heart of everything! Located just a few miles from excellent shopping centers, like Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also nearby is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe. Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway which also has a movie theater!
Dining options in this area are endless. We recommend trying the Whales Tail, which is within walking distance from the property, for one of the freshest seafood-inspired menus in the area. Pompano Joes is another local favorite. Other great eateries include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food, and numerous others.
We also recommend checking out Dolphin Reef, if snorkeling is on your itinerary. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), you can enjoy an up close and personal view of the amazing seal life that calls the reef home. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often.
