Stunning Timberframe Vacation Home Near Revelstoke Mountain Resort. Experience mountain living in this beautiful timberframe home, built in 2012 and nestled at the base of Mount McKenzie. Located just minutes from Revelstoke Mountain Resort and close to downtown Revelstoke, Mount Macpherson trails, and Boulder Mountain, this spacious retreat is perfect for your adventure getaway. Ideal for skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, and mountain biking.

Timberframe is conveniently situated a 5 minute drive from the ski hill and a couple blocks from the future Cabot Golf Course. The property is nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood, offering a tranquil retreat.
Hive & Co Property Management provides access to the property via a code for the front entry door. Access to this code will be provided the day before check-in. You will have private access to the whole house.
Welcome to your perfect Revelstoke getaway! This 1,700 sq ft timberframe home was thoughtfully designed for vacation living, offering comfort, style, and everything you need for an unforgettable stay.
The open-concept main floor features a cozy living room with a gas stove (on thermostat), a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking and baking needs, a dining area with expandable seating for up to 8 guests, a private office, a powder room, and a spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom, with a separate powder room for convenience. The upper level is open to the main living area below, creating a bright, airy feel throughout the home.
Amenities include:
Fully equipped kitchen
Indoor ski storage with boot dryers
Heated entry floor to dry boots, gloves, and gear overnight
Private 4-person hot tub
Gas stove heating, heat pump, and individual room heaters
Air conditioning and two air purifiers for summer comfort
Parking:
There’s plenty of parking for up to 4 vehicles, including a carport for one. Please note: large trailers are not recommended due to a narrow street, especially in winter. No street parking is permitted during winter months (snowplow route).
Important Information:
Due to the open hardwood staircase (no baby gate) and freestanding gas stove (hot to touch), this property may not be suitable for younger children. We do not provide a travel crib or high chair.
Perfect for: Ski trips, snowmobile adventures, hiking, mountain biking, and year-round mountain escapes!

- from the highway, turn onto Townley Street
- at the traffic circle, take your third exit (4th Street East)
- turn left at the stop sign on Nichol Road (toward the ski resort)
- Go through the round about and continue straight on Nichol Road
- Turn left on Camozzi Road
- Turn right on Mountain Gate Road
- The property will be located on the left-hand side (2040 Mountain Gate Road)
HIGHWAY 1 NORTH ACCESS
- from the highway, turn onto Victoria Road
- At the traffic circle, take your 2nd exit (Victoria Road)
- At the next traffic circle, take your second exit (4th Street East)
- Turn left on the stop sign at Nichol Road
- Go through the roundabout and continue straight on Nichol Road
- Turn left on Camozzi Road
- Turn right on Mountain Gate Road
