Situated on the third floor, you'll enjoy breathtaking sunsets and the sight of boats passing by, perfect for scenic happy hours and captivating views. The building provides convenient amenities such as an outdoor shower, a storage unit, two reserved parking spaces, and an elevator. This unit boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with the primary suite featuring two walk-in closets, a jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower, and a private toilet room. The condo has been updated with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a wine cooler. 2 week minimum, pets are considered, and a seasonal rental is preferred.
