*Private first floor Upper East Side unit. 1500sq ft, offers spacious living room to relax after a day on the town or at the beach. On the border of University of Milwaukee campus, a few blocks from charming Downer Avenue restaurants/shops/theatre and Lake Park Golf Course/Bike Path. Minutes from downtown Milwaukee, Lake Michigan, City of Festivals, brewery tours or Oakland Avenue Restaurants.

*Firm NO SMOKING policy. If you enjoy vaping or smoking, daily or after a drink, PLEASE- reconsider booking. We do not allow smoking on the property- inside or outside space. Smoking will be grounds for immediate removal and $1,000 fine will be charged for pets or smoking on property.

*No pets, please. We have 2 golden doodles and for intermittent stays at our property, prefer not to manage socializing unfamiliar pets.

*Features lots of natural light, original woodwork/built-ins, hard wood floors. Board games, puzzles, cards and comfortable seating to hang out with family/friends.

*Enjoy a good nights rest in our new high quality beds/bedding with extra pillows and blankets, air conditioning and a pack and play are available. Bedroom #1: Queen bed. Bedroom #2: Queen and full bed. Pull out queen bed in living room.

*Kitchen newly renovated and stocked with necessities for family dining. Gas stove, pots/pans and utensils with lots of dishes! Appliances include microwave, toaster oven, Keurig. Ice trays provided.

*Complementary coffee/teas with condiments to get your day started or if you prefer, walk a block to Roast Coffee Shop, local owned café with sandwiches/fresh coffee.

*Bathroom with newly installed tile shower with essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap bars) with plush towels/hair dryer provided.

*In addition to private front door keypad access, you are welcome to use the front porch area to enjoy the sunrise/sunset. Includes outdoor table and chairs.

*Please be aware this is the lower unit of our home and you may hear occasional movement and noise above. Quiet hours Mon-Thurs 10p-7a, Fri-Sat 11p-7a.

*Shared driveway parking with owner occupied 2nd floor.

*Laundry with supplies available for stays longer than 1 week. (Please arrange in advance.) Ironing board/iron in unit.
