Pool & Hot Tub Heating: $100 pre-heat + $100/night (Additional information please refer to other details to note section)



Two EV chargers are available: a Tesla charger (200-240V~, 48A, 50/60Hz) and a generic EV charger with output current options of 12A, 24A, 28A, 30A, 32A, 40A, 48A, and 50A.

☀ You will be accommodated in style with three additional bedrooms located in a separate wing. The mini-master suite boasts a private bath and walk-in closet, while two additional guest bedrooms share a full hall bath. ☀Pool & Hot Tub Heating

Heating for the pool and hot tub is available for an additional $100 pre-heat fee plus $100 per night. The system can only heat one at a time, but once pre-heated, it can maintain heat in both.



Heating operates on a seasonal schedule, and we kindly ask for at least 2 days’ notice if you`d like to use this service.



If you have a preference (e.g., prioritizing a hotter hot tub), feel free to message us—we`re happy to adjust the heating settings. Otherwise, the system will follow the standard heating schedule.
