Step away from the home's designated workspace & soar above the city in a hot air balloon, or simply explore the local scene of museums, restaurants, & shops.
At Casa Arena, you will enjoy all the familiar comforts of home!
âKitchen
The kitchen is the heart of this home! Equipped with stainless steel appliances, including an electric stove, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, and toaster, this kitchen is for all of your culinary needs for your long stay. Six people can enjoy a meal around the dining table while feeling the warmth and brightness of the natural light that floods the room.
âLiving Room
Working at the designated workspace may keep you busy, but when you're ready to unwind, settle into the comfy sofa with your friends or family. Enjoy a movie marathon on the Smart TV while simultaneously cooking dinner. The open floor plan creates a seamless connection between the kitchen, dining, and living space, making it easy to move from one area to the other. Whether hanging out with friends or family, this open layout makes it easy to keep everyone connected.
âThe Master Bedroom
Stay up late to binge-watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV from the comfort of your King-size bed! Conveniently walk into the private master bathroom equipped with a shower and a single vanity. The bright bedroom has a dresser with a mirror and a large walk-in closet for additional clothing storage.
âGuest Bedroom
The guest room features a Queen Bed. The bedroom provides pillows, blankets, and a closet for clothes storage.
âFull Bathrooms
All bathrooms have showers, fluffy towels, Soap, Conditioner, Shampoo, and Body Wash.
â1/2 Bathroom
Located on the first floor.
â Laundry Room
A washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are available during your stay.
â Driveway
Park two cars in the driveway. There is NO garage access.
While there are 3 bedrooms in the home, only two are available to guests. Guests do NOT have garage access.

The neighborhood is located in North Phoenix near freeways 101, I-17, and 51. The residential area is quiet with mountain views! There are parks nearby with playgrounds for children, walking trails, and frisbee golf. The neighborhood is a short drive to restaurants, museums, and hot air balloon rides.
A car is needed for easy transportation. Uber and Lyft are available.
Check-in time is at 4 pm, and Check-out time is 11 am.
We kindly ask that you try to meet these as best as possible so our Cleaning Team has adequate time for our next reservation.
If, whenever possible, we will try to accommodate any scheduling requests we can.
†Please keep in mind that the guests donât have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and Iâm not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.

1. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.
9. Any extension requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled checkout time will incur a $50 fee.
