Hacienda Victoria is a unique and fully renovated Spanish style farmhouse nestled on a rolling 2 acre estate overlooking the Caribbean. In your peaceful and private slice of Vieques, you'll still find easy access to all the island has to offer. We're walking distance to the infamous Tin Box restaurant and bar and a quick 5 minute drive to the beach at Sun Bay, restaurants and shops in Esperanza & Isabel II, and the famous Bioluminescent Bay!

Hacienda Victoria's main villa sports 3 large bedrooms and two gorgeous bathrooms with waterfall style showers. The fully renovated kitchen with coffee bar is fully stocked for a chef. The real show stopper is the Spanish style fireplace that is the centerpiece of the living room!

Hacienda Victoria is a magical place that feels like it is a farmhouse situated in a vineyard somewhere in the Spanish countryside, except we have endless views of the Caribbean, Sun Bay (one of the word's top beaches) , and the famous Bioluminescent Bay.

The property has this elegant Spanish vibe because of a special woman named Victoria, who made her way to Vieques in the late 1980s, met her husband, and set out on her dream to build Hacienda Victoria.

Fast forward a couple decades, we stumbled across the estate in early 2022. We saw the same vision that Victoria started many years ago and fully renovated the estate in the honor of Victoria's original magic.

Your morning coffee can't get much better as the sun rises from the East with pale pink hues that pop over Sun Bay. Cocktail hour on the brand new, oversized deck is just as relaxing during the sun set's golden hour.

Before you sleep you'll realize that all stargazing is not the same! Just look up from the wrap around terraces into the night sky and see the Milky Way, Mars, Saturn and Jupiter with your naked eyes.

Here are some highlights about the estate...

- Hacienda Victoria is a 5 minute drive Esperanza, the beautiful, sleepy fishing village on the southern coast that is quickly becoming an island hub. Here you'll find great Island dive bars like Duffy's and Lazy Jack's. You will also find casual, but higher end cuisine at El Quenepo and El Blok.

- Our property is also a 7 minute drive to the island's main town, Isabel II, which offers a full grocery store and several excellent restaurants. Our favorites for breakfast and brunch are Rising Roost and Buen Provecho. For dinner, we can never get enough of Coqui Fire, Taverna, and El Plaza.

- The main villa features 3,000+ square feet of private living space and comfortably sleeps 8.

- Three additional suites featuring kitchenettes and en suite bathrooms.

- There is a 50 foot newly refurbished pool with a large pool deck, loungers, and day beds with view of the Caribbean Sea.

- All of our appliances are brand new.

- Similarly all of our furniture is brand new including beds, bedding, outdoor furniture, etc.

- Beach towels, chairs & coolers are all provided.
