The Space:
For those seeking a taste of the vibrant local scene, our property is conveniently located within a five-minute drive from downtown Rogers. Immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere, exploring charming shops, savoring delightful cuisines, and experiencing the unique culture of the area.

Back at the rental, we have curated a space that caters to all your desires. Unwind in our fenced-in backyard oasis, complete with a cozy firepit and a spacious deck, perfect for stargazing or enjoying a delightful barbecue with loved ones.

Inside, you'll find ample space for everyone in your group with three comfortable bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep for up to 14 guests. The fun doesn't stop there; a dedicated game room awaits, with an array of entertainment options, including various tables for card games and more. Guest Access:
Our guests have access to the entire house and garage. A unique code will be given you before your arrival. There is not a remote for the garage, so opening and closing of the door must be done from inside the garage.

Other Things to Note:
*We have two locations to park. It would be easier for you to park in the spaces on E St. & follow the sidewalk to the front door. If you want to park by the driveway you just take that sidewalk to the front door. Boats will want to park in the driveway. It is a busy curve, but the house is set further back.

**Be careful at the end of the driveway. The city maintains each side of the driveway and there is a small drop off. Please be aware as you are driving in and out.

*We are DOG friendly with a fenced in yard where we provide bags for you to dispose of your dog’s waste. Most guests do a wonderful job taking care of this... **However, as one person can ruin the guest experience for everyone **there will be a $40 fine ** for failing to pick up your pet’s waste.
We have bags in a kitchen cupboard for convenient cleanup.

We would also ask that you keep your dogs off of the beds to avoid soiled bedding. Charges for replacement duvets can be expected if this isn’t followed. We love offering our home to families with pets, we just have to set some boundaries to make it work. We appreciate your understanding.

Smoking/vaping is not allowed.
If you choose to smoke outside you must dispose of the butts in the provided containers and dispose of them. **There will be an additional $50 charge **for leaving any butts left behind.
