New apartment for 4 close to beach and all facilities
The apartment is a new (built and furnished in 2006) one bedroom luxury holiday home, on the first floor of a new small residential apartment block built in a mature locality. It provides all the comforts of home for 4 people.
It is ideally situated in the heart of Juan-les-Pins, 300m from the beautiful sandy public beach, a few minutes walk from the village centre and 50m and 100m from Leader Price and Spar supermarkets respectively.
Immediately across the road is Jardin Pauline- a small park with a well equipped children's play area.
Although the building is on a very busy road the apartment is at the rear and is, therefore, very quiet. In addition it has excellent sound insulation, complying with the latest French regulations, and double glazing.
A car is not required to visit the many attractions (however, there is a designated parking place in the underground garage).
Apt is ideally placed for the promenade, sandy beach, local and regional bus service and train station (10minute walk) Apt is very quiet, clean and comfortable with well equipped kitchen. We were fortunate to be able to book this apartment at short notice. Peter, the owner, was very helpful in sorting out our last minute enquiry. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk to the beach, and a little further to the centre of Juan les pins. The apartment is clean and well furnished with all amenities. And quiet, as it is situated at the rear of the building. Secure entrance, parking is also available if required. All in all, excellent! I can heartily recommend it.
We had a fantastic holiday in this appartment with our 1 and 3-yr. old boys. The appartment is very well equipped and allows for home cooking and fully savouring the beauties of the French cuisine.
The location is perfect. Just opposite of the road a new and clean playgrounds and the beach and both a cheap and mid-class supermarket are in walking distance, so is the town center.
If we came back, we would know where to stay...
Very clean, comfortable, quiet, secure apartment with exceptionally well equipped kitchen. Peter's website provides comprehensive information on the apartment, its location, local transport, supermarkets, places of interest etc. We really enjoyed the combination of a beach holiday and exploring the area by train and bus to Nice, Cannes, Villefrance sur Mer, Valbonne etc. Dealings with Peter were very friendly andprofessional and nothing was too much trouble.
We enjoyed staying in this apartment during our summer vacation. Close to the Beach and supermarked and the bus stop (bus from airport) The apartment had both kids bed and High chair which we appriciated. The apartment was clean and the manager provides us with good service and informations. Close by a kinder playground - great for our son. I would recommend the apartment to a friend. We missed a swimming pool mostly because our son was not comfortable with the Big sea. Overall a good experience.
We had a very pleasant week in this apartment. Tina was always available if we needed her and met us on arrival. It was a very comfortable apartment so handy to all facilities. It had everything we needed and was quiet and secure. The supermarket was just a short walk towards Cannes. The beach was just a block away - and what a beach precinct! The train station was just a short walk, giving easy access with many frequent trains to Nice, Monaco and Cannes ( if you chose not to walk there as it is only 2 stops). We timed it perfectly with the film festival on in Cannes and the Grand Prix on in Monaco. At the beach, there are literally wall-to-wall restaurants with excellent food and a magnificent view right on the "sand". We were a long way from home in Australia but were able to really relax and have a hassle free week.
We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks - it was absoultely perfect. All communications from Peter, Tina and Tinas daughter were prompt. The apartment was lovely and clean and so relaxing. We had everything we needed and more. The booklet that is in the apartment with instructions and ideas for everything was great and saved us time and trouble. The kitchen is well equipped and very easy to manage. The sofa bed and beds were very clean and comfy. The apartment itself is perfectly situated for all local amenities and best of all the beach! What more can I say! We will return!!
Having arrived by air from Newcastle then joining the No. 250
bus for 9 euros each, making contact with Tineka from bus, it was all too easy. We needed time to recover and as the weather was not too good we enjoyed the comfort of the apartment.
Shopping was easy with supermarche about 5 mins either side of apartment I enjoyed the bus for 1 euro (provided you rejoined within the hour) to the large Cassino supermarche and
even to Antibe for new Mono Prix all from outside the door.
Square Pauline was the most comfortable apartment we have found and we have been to many all along the coast since 1963 with three daughters in the early days. The kitchen had all you would ever need on holiday and easy to keep clean and that goes for the rest of apartment and the sunny balcony. Ken and I had an enjoyable holiday and would maybe try a cooler time
having bought a beach chair for me says a lot and made use of Peter's parasol, I am sure we would also be very comfortable in the cooler weather in the apartment. Will be in touch and thank you. Restaurant most used was Le Capitole.
This is a very nice flat, near to the beach and also to pub, restaurant and shops. In a few minute walk you can go to Old Antibes! The flat description is absolutely correct!
The beach is public, clean and the see is wonderful.

We are a retired couple - Peter was a Chartered Accountant and Diana was a maths teacher at a secondary school. We have a motorhome/RV/Camping car that we use in the summer but we visit the apartment in the Spring and in the Autumn/Fall.
Location, location, location. The location has everything within easy reach by foot and by public transport. We are on the first floor which gives us the benefit of garden views without the hassle of having the gardens looked after. We have a lift but it is an easy climb up the stairs. On the Riviera a private parking place is essential and we have our own space in the underground garage - we don't have to find a space every day as we would have to if we were outside the town.
The apartment was built in 2006 on a site previously occupied by a smaller building and is, therefore, unlike properies built on green field sites close to all the action. When we took it over from the builder we were amazed at the excellent quality of the build. The garage is an absolute essential as is the bus stop outside the front door.
