Welcome to our charming 2‑bedroom lake house nestled right on the marina by Eagle Mountain Lake. On the first floor, you’ll find a King bedroom with a Beautyrest Black mattress for supreme comfort. Upstairs, reachable via a stylish spiral staircase, is the Queen bedroom. The living room sofa unfolds into a single sleeper bed, so the space sleeps up to 5 guests. Each bedroom and the living area feature a flat-screen TV, and you’ll also enjoy a full kitchen, one full bath, and washer & dryer. Step outside to your private deck and patio overlooking the marina—perfect for grilling, lounging, or watching boats in motion. There’s parking space for 2–3 vehicles on-site. Need more room? For larger groups, you can rent our adjacent 3‑bedroom guest house (available for an additional fee), which sleeps up to 11 people.
