This super cute townhouse is tucked away in a quiet residential area. Super easy access to many places in and around Huntington Beach! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need! There was extra seating provided for the table, plenty of towels to last for days and The bedrooms were perfectly layed out!

Great amount of space, with 6 people we never felt crowded at all and had good room to just be social as well. Laundry room was a great plus as well.

The B&B was very accommodating, I was using it as wedding staging area to host my wedding party and have pre ceremony prep and photo shoot. Whenever I had an issue the host replies back right away! I’m glad everything worked out and my stay there turned out great as I hosted my wedding

The host demonstrated exceptional responsiveness and attentiveness to our requirements. I would certainly consider a return visit, particularly if a barbecue pit were to be provided. Nevertheless, the property offers outstanding value, and the accommodations were excellent.

Good location - close to lots of Vietnamese food options and a reasonable drive to the beaches! The garage, washer/dryer, and dishwasher were really convenient amenities.

The place was the perfect size for everbody in our group. The kitchen was well stocked and the livingroom felt cozy. My kids couldn't get enough of the arcade game. I even started playing it with them! The host was attentive and responded to all inquiries in a timely manner.

We had a fantastic stay here and would book again. The place has a modern look and feel. It The home actually looks like the photos. The location is near the beach, freeway and near a bunch of good restaurants.The host was very accomodating and quick to respond. Though spacious, the property felt private and small details such as the quiet neighborhood and easy check in really added up.Whether you're visiting for the weekend, work or need to get away, this is the spot.

The property was as described. Clean, well appointed, fully equipped kitchen, spacious two car garage (ample street parking), etc. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to take full advantage of the kitchen because we were so busy with other activities. Look forward to doing so next time we stay.

Nice 2 story place

The place was very clean and welcoming. The host was great about responding to messages when there was an issue. K-cups were available for early morning coffee. The Internet on the smart TV wasn't consistent, but we didn't spend much time watching TV anyway.

When looking for a stay that allows for smaller to medium sized parties, you will notice that there is a complete dearth of listings in the OC area. Other stays have draconian rules over guests, parking, what have you, but Tin's listing was absolutely amazing for our tea ceremony and family to stay in during our wedding weekend. Tin was a responsive host, going above and beyond for any of our needs, whether that be toiletries, towels, or any of the spaces. We even had a taco man over for our rehearsal dinner, and Tin even helping us visualize which area of the stay we could have the taco man cook. Parking here may seem difficult, but there is ample street parking for guests around the neighborhood, along with the garage spot. Book this listing if you need to have family over for a wedding or a tea ceremony, you will not be dissapointed!

Fantastic host combined with beautiful property

Tim is an excellent host-extremely responsive to questions or needs. He’s proactive and very kind. The property is beautifully done, with a calm, modern aesthetic. Very comfortable beds, lovely linens, double shower heads and extra towels/sheets all contribute to an elevated experience. Having a laundry room with detergent available meant we could pack lighter. Plus, quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. The kitchen has good counter space, modern appliances and well-stocked spices. The rooms are spacious and, amongst all the beds, 8 adults could easily be accommodated. This property is conveniently located near the Disneyland area. Driving time ranges from 18-25 minutes depending on time/traffic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this property. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit Southern California.

Overall good stay

The property was nice but we were not aware it was a condo or apartment like building. There is no yard or area for kids to run around so have to be careful with noise. I’d stay again with adults but not with as many children as we had. We thought sleeping arrangements were more like 9 instead of 11 as the couch downstairs is not listed as a bed but could be utilized as one if needed. It does not pull out but could sleep a body. We had 11 guests, with the beds advertised we had to sleep 3 in one of the queen beds. Owner did offer us air mattresses if needed but we made it work. Cleanliness was great. Street parking not available directly outside of property due to being full but two car garage worked for us. Many good food options available close by and a quiet neighborhood with a safe feel. Had basic necessities for what we needed and a short stay. Owners response time was quick, easy going & easy to communicate with. The stay was nicer than a hotel and we appreciate that with a larger party. Overall, would stay again but with only adults. If bringing younger kids I would probably choose a different place.
