Welcome to 11902 Ellice Street at the luxurious Marisol community of Malibu. With approximately 10,532 SF (under roof), this oceanview estate offers true luxury Malibu living. Sitting on 1 acre, the resort-style property with 111' of bluff-top frontage has soaring high ceilings, French oak wood, sea stone floors, and stone/wood finishes throughout. Direct ocean views from virtually everywhere in the property! Abundantly offering 5 bedrooms (plus gym) and 7.5 baths, this home provides an open concept living/family room with white Italian floor-to-ceiling marble fireplace and true indoor/outdoor living. A gourmet chef kitchen with second prep kitchen; and family/media area with pass-thru bar, perfect for entertaining large dinners.
