The house was very nice. We were there during a snow storm and therefore did not get to use the pool or hot tub, but they appeared very nice and well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed. The heater is preset and cannot be adjusted so I was freezing. There were a couple of throw blankets though and I was able to pull a comforter from a bed we were not using for extra warmth at night. The upstairs was much warmer. Up stairs theater is very nice. The game room in the garage is not heated so we did not use this either. Hot tub could have been used but I did not think to check the temp until we wanted to get in and 94 is too cold with snow on the ground. The drive way was also solid ice. I ordered salt myself to put down as the host did not seem to care and it is steep so seemed very dangerous. We had to walk in the yard to get to the door, and had to park in the street. After I got it defrosted some I was able to park at the bottom of the driveway but woke up the morning of check out to a message that I was blocking the sidewalk. If they could see this then they could see the ice. Also, chains of front and back door were both broken and falling off. My husband stepped on a screw from one. That scared my kids. They thought someone broke in. There are signs in the yards facing the house that say "Homes not Hotels" this was pretty unwelcoming, but I can see why is every other home is taking care of the property and has driveways cleared, and here we are parking in the street
