Unité du 7e étage de l'automne 2018 récemment rénovée dans la tour du port avec une vue extraordinaire sur le golfe et la baie depuis votre grand balcon blindé. Ce condo à Sanibel Harbor, en Floride, est décoré dans les bleus, les jaunes et les verts; bénéficiant d'un ensoleillement intérieur et extérieur de jour comme de nuit. Tous les nouveaux meubles, cuisine et salle de bain rénovées, ainsi qu'une télévision HD dans le salon. La chambre principale a un lit King et la chambre d'hôtes a 2 lits jumeaux. Amazing location, great atmosphere, very friendly manager and staff. Clean resort.

Loved the little beach area, peaceful scenery. Great pool, the resort was in a wonderful location, close to restaurants and shopping centers. Very attentive staff and managers. Would absolutely stay at this resort again.

A very enjoyable stay.

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our time at apt 713. Great space, Excellent views. Easy location for our purposes which included visits to Sanibel and Captiva as well as Bonita Springs. Pool is wonderful. Walking in the local area in the morning is fine. We look forward to returning.

Perfect

The condo and location was perfect. Fully stocked with everything you could need, CLEAN, great pool and small beach. Sunset was gorgeous from the balcony and we enjoyed watching all of the boats passing by. Thank you!

Excellent view. Quiet small beach we did not swim in. Pools were quiet and clean and provided toys

Easy check in/out. Accurate listing. Quiet beautiful property. Security at night. The views are simply breathtaking and the white sand small beach is perfect for pictures and privacy! So many things to do! We stayed busy everyday! Highly recommend!!!

First time in Fort Myers / Sanibel Island

The location was perfect, and the accommodations were very nice. It is located immediately shy of the toll booth for Sanibel Island, so it takes no time to get to the beaches there, but you don't have to cross the toll bridge every time you want to go to dinner or shopping. We spent a lot of evenings in the pool. The beach was nice, but a had quite a bit more seaweed than the nearby beaches on Sanibel, so we would drive out to those instead when we wanted to play in the Gulf. Overall, we would gladly return to this condo the next time we visit Fort Myers.

Location + View + Unit = Great Get-a-Way!

PROS: Location, lay out of unit, view of the bay, ample kitchen supplies, and ease in reserving. CONS: Unit should consider adding ceiling fans which were needed in the bedrooms especially to help circulate cooler air and the sheets on all beds felt like sandpaper. Would have appreciated more pillow choices as the extra pillows were simply more of the same hard ones already on the beds.

Relaxing and rejuvenating

We've stayed at this complex 5 times now and can never get enough of the views. We love the location and access to everything. We had thought about going elsewhere as last time we couldn't access the workout facility and the courts for tennis etc . Having those are a game changer. We called and verified access prior to coming and then booked . We will always book at these condos as long as we have that access. We were impressed with all the work since the hurricanes and are grateful our beloved space has continued business . Lovely week. I only rated this condo a 4 as some of the others had better quality cooking equipment- we love to cook in .

This is a very nice condo, nicely decorated, fully equipped kitchen. The only negative would be the lack of storage for groceries. There is absolutely nowhere to put food.

Beautiful, quiet place to relax

Our family enjoyed sitting on the deck, playing cards, and watching the boats go by. It was a nice warm get away from the frigid temps in the Midwest. We loved the views and enjoyed cooking our own food in the beautifully stocked kitchen.

Beautifully decorated and a awesome sunset view every night!

The property was just as described. Beautifully decorated and very clean. The only thing that could have made it better was to have a Keurig coffee maker. But we bought a small can of coffee and used what was there.

Great, clean & comfortable stay

Easy check in. Unit is lovely. Decor clean & comfortable. Anything you could need is there! Extra beach towels are the only thing I would request.

Exceeded all of our expectations!

This adorable condo is the perfect mix of it all- great space, awesome layout and view from the fully screened in porch (safety for our three under 5 was a priority) and everything you need for an easy vacation! Check in/out is very efficient, and we spent mornings on Sanibel island - skipping the daily traffic- and came back to nap and spent afternoons in the pool and on our beach. The “neighbors” were either friendly families who were also on a winter vacation or super sweet older folks who enjoyed chatting! The Marriott next door is lovely, and we dined al fresco at their outdoor bar & grill one evening, watching dolphins and the sunset. Our only miscommunication with the property management staff was with our Instacart grocery order- we were first told to it was common and not a problem to have groceries delivered while the office was open (before 5 pm) but later told it is inconvenient for the office staff if they are not notified prior to the arrival as they have to open the unit for you. It was clear that our grocery delivery was a frustration for them- however, the rest of the days we were there to receive orders so it all worked out. We found that cooking (the kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and equipment you’d need) was easier than take out or delivery because there weren’t too many good options. The Marriott next door also has a nice steakhouse as an option that’s a quick walk, but we didn’t experience it. The gym is convenient there as well but we took advantage of the jogging paths every morning! We will definitely be back- such an awesome gem of a place!

We are happy to provide the delivery person with keys, we just ask to be notified of deliveries prior to your arrival for security reasons. I called after your second Instacart order arrived because the delivery people arrived within minutes of each other and I wanted to alert you in the event that your order had been duplicated in error, I do apologize if you misunderstood! Quiet, relaxing location

We've stayed at several condos in different areas, and this was one of our favorite locations. Very quiet and relaxing with a small, private beach. Close to everything needed for a two week stay. The harbor view was great, and we enjoyed watching the pelicans diving for fish and the dolphins swimming by twice daily. The condo was clean and well stocked with all appliances. Management personnel were fantastic and helped us with our pre-arrival deliveries. Would highly recommend this condo and location!

Relaxing Vacation

The condo was exactly as described and we had a wonderful vacation. The condo had all the little extra things you might want, from a small cooler to bring snacks/drinks to the pool or beach, blender to make your favorite blended drink, games to play when you want to hang out on the patio. I love the colors throughout the condo so cheerful. It was such a relaxing vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo rental

Spotless and beautiful property. Close to everything. Perfect location. Tastefully decorated. Nice pool and beach. I have two complaints. The first very minor. The mattress in the master bedroom was as hard as a rock. #2 The air conditioning did not work very well. It was extremely stuffy and warm in the property. Especially at night. Very difficult to sleep. We even closed the blinds and did not open windows or slider to balcony. Instructions were left not to turn down the thermostat past 72. After the second night we tried turning it down to 70 but it made absolutely no difference. The temperature in the room stayed around 78 degrees consistently . No cool air was coming out of vents in any of the rooms. Way to warm for my husband and me. Hopefully this issue will be addressed for future renters.

Upon inspecting the unit, we found that the AC was frozen, which is usually the result of running the AC with the doors open.
