Waterfront cozy Studio/condo with King Sized Bed, Resort Pool & close to Beach!

Welcome to The Salty Pirate, your waterfront vacation paradise! Kick back & relax in our calm, stylish condo featuring a king size bed, luxury bathroom & kitchenette. Relax in bed, enjoy the boats cruise by or watch the 65 inch TV. The waterfront balcony entices you to read & relax. Enjoy the resort style pool or reserve the 2-seater kayak (when available) provided for you to explore the waterway. Downtown restaurants & bars are walking distance & the white sugar sand beaches are 2 miles away!

The Salty Pirate studio is bright, calm, and beachy. The bathroom is luxurious. Sleep on an amazingly comfortable king sized bed. The kitchenette has everything you need to make your vacation memorable. It contains a stove, full sized microwave and fridge. We provide an assortment of snacks, coffee, tea & fruit. The waterfront balcony becons you to hang out either in the comfy egg chair or enjoy breakfast & coffee in the bistro set. All while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Enjoy as much or as little activity as you want! You can walk the dock and watch for dolphins! The condo is walking distance to many restaurants, bars & shops downtown, which are within 1.5 miles of the condo. Included is a 2-seater kayak (by reservation, weather permitting, when available) to explore the local waterways.

Guests have access to two resort-style community pools and can walk the boat dock. Catch the amazing sunset from the dock, watch for dolphins, & all while you sip on your favorite beverage!

-Explore the local waterways with an awesome 2-seater kayak, provided at no cost (by reservation, weather permitting, when available), 24-hour notice must be provided to reserve.
-Assorted Breakfast (complimentary) items provided: breakfast bars, fresh fruit, rotating assortment of fresh baked goods. Week long stays get a larger variety of breakfast items.

Neighborhood highlights
Great waterfront community with lots of activities within walking distance. Go to breakfast, lunch, or dinner without needing a car. Olive Garden is next door. You can walk to music venues, shops, and the downtown farmer's market! Also within walking distance are several coffee and donut shops, food trucks and the Fort Walton Beach Library. So much to enjoy, all without a car!

Use the provided (with reservation, when available) 2-person kayak to explore the coastal area along the intercoastal. Kayak to one of our small islands to explore and relax. Use one of two included resort-style pools to swim or lounge!
