We understand how inconvenient long waits and crowded elevators can be, especially when coming and going from the beach or carrying belongings. The elevators are operated and maintained by the building’s association rather than our management team, so unfortunately we don’t have direct control over their operation. That said, we absolutely understand the impact this has on our guests and will continue to share this feedback with the appropriate property management team.
