With cozy, thoughtfully crafted spaces, this home is ideal for both entertaining and relaxation. The main house features 2 bedrooms with adjustable queen beds, and the charming cottage offers 3 additional sleeping areas, including a double bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. Need more space? We’ve got 2 twin roll-away beds and a travel crib —perfect for families and groups. Make use of the convenient laundry room, perfect longer stays and refreshing those beach towels. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, where you can easily prepare delicious meals to fuel your beach adventures. The cottage invites indoor-outdoor living, with double doors that open to the pool, and is complete with a grill, fire pit, and plenty of space to kick back. Take a refreshing dip, wash off the day’s fun in the outdoor shower, or simply relax while watching the game or listening to your favorite tunes. Located just a 5-minute drive from downtown Bethany Beach, The Boat House is your perfect home base for seaside adventures!

Beautiful house in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Boat House! It was the perfect space for our family - just a short drive to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. We really loved all the outdoor space - especially the gorgeous outdoor shower. The hosts were responsive to all of our needs and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We will definitely be staying here again!

Everything from check in to check out went smoothly. The host was always available and very accommodating. The pool and the outdoor shower were amazing, the cottage was quaint and perfect for our group. The main house was gorgeous, clean and all the switches were labeled nicely. We enjoyed all the features of the house. The front porch sitting area, the fire pit, the pool, the outdoor shower, the kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed the area and would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here—the location was great and made getting around super convenient. The property itself has a lot of charm and potential, with a nice layout and cozy touches. That said, the interior felt a bit cluttered in some areas, and the cleanliness could have been more thorough. It’s also worth noting that the space might not be the best fit for families with younger kids due to the amount of decor and tighter layout in the Boat House. Still, we had a comfortable stay overall and appreciated the host’s responsiveness.

Plantation Park 1 is a beautiful, quiet community conveniently located just a short drive from downtown Bethany Beach.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

When we first toured the home, we were immediately drawn to the spacious kitchen, private backyard, and all the potential it held. At the time, the upstairs of the cottage was an unfinished attic and the downstairs a workshop—but we saw the opportunity to create a charming guest space. We got to work, transforming it into the cozy cottage it is today, complete with bedrooms upstairs and a comfortable living area below. One of our favorite things about the property is how easily it accommodates larger groups, especially with its inviting outdoor spaces.
