Set within Hotel Canandaigua, this modern lake-view condo offers direct access to the best of Canandaigua and the Finger Lakes. Guests can enjoy the hotel pool, seasonal hot tub opening in May, complimentary boat docking from 6:00 AM to midnight, on-site dining, and a private balcony overlooking Canandaigua Lake.



Inside, the condo features a contemporary kitchen with quartz countertops, a comfortable sitting area, Smart TVs, high-speed internet, spacious bedrooms with balcony access, and a king suite with lake views. The spa-inspired bathroom includes premium linens and a large walk-in shower.



Kershaw Park, breweries, wineries, restaurants, live music, boating, and lake activities are all nearby. Uber and local limousine services are available for exploring the Finger Lakes.

This property allowed us to combine the space of a Vacation Rental with the amenities of a pool, hot tub and a lakeside walk. We also enjoyed the Lady Canandaigua Boat Tour. It was a good location to visit Roseland Water Park.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s feels brand new and is in a perfect location for enjoying Canandaigua Lake. It’s also really nice being within the hotel and being able to enjoy those amenities. A couple things that would make this place even better would be: 1) add a hanging rod in the entry closet so it can be used for coats/jackets; 2) installing a washer and dryer in the large closet that was clearly meant for those appliances; and 3) add TVs in the bedrooms. Then, this place would be absolutely perfect!

Great spot with a nice small-town feel. The place was super clean and quiet—worked really well for our family. We’d definitely stay again. Just a quick note: the laundry is coin-operated and down in the basement. Not a big deal, but nice to know just so we can prepare better.
