À propos de cet hébergement

Nous vous proposons de louer notre grande maison à Davenport, en Floride, équipée pour une longue visite. La maison est idéalement située à proximité de la plupart des principales attractions et de tous les parcs Disney (autoroute 192). Une heure de route dans les deux sens vous amène à la côte atlantique ou au golfe. Également à proximité des camps d'entraînement du printemps pour plusieurs équipes de baseball MLB. Le grand golf est partout. La propriété a de beaux jardins et des arbres fruitiers. La maison peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes, dans la suite parentale king, 2 chambres suite queen et une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux. Le grand salon commun dispose de 3 canapés surplombés par la grande cuisine ouverte entourée d'un immense bar à petit-déjeuner en forme de L avec tabourets. Profitez d'une partie de ping-pong, de fléchettes ou de hockey sur air dans la salle de jeux. Nous sommes également équipés d'une Sony PlayStation PS3 comprenant quelques jeux vidéo sélectionnés? À l'arrière, une véranda entièrement blindée avec une immense piscine de 18'x40 '. La maison est équipée du WIFI. La plupart des chambres disposent d'une alarme Bluetooth avec port de chargement USB pour vos téléphones ou appareils. Les tarifs de location standard sont de 135 $ US / nuit, 165 $ US / nuit, pendant les vacances, minimum 7 jours. Les tarifs sont plus élevés pendant les saisons hautes / vacances. La chaleur supplémentaire de la piscine est de 25 $ / jour et un barbecue au propane est disponible à 10 $ / jour. Nous louons uniquement aux familles, pas aux groupes ou aux équipes. Ceci est une propriété de vacances sans fumée et sans animaux. La villa est située dans une petite communauté avec un court de tennis et une grande piscine communautaire à quelques minutes à pied de notre propriété. Nous avons une société de gestion immobilière qui prend bien soin de la propriété et assure votre visite confortable. March 2025

This was the third year we stayed in the Davenport area for the month of March. This property was well laid out for our group. Kitchen was well stock. House was very clean upon arrival. Only issue was the pool. We had to keep topping up the water level and found it would not heat up to the set temperature. On the third week, the pool tech was called in. What he fix resolved the issues. Just wish there was a small refund on the heat for the first two weeks when the pool was cool.

Grand Pool and Patio

We enjoyed our stay. The house is dated but it is comfortable. It looks better than the pictures in the ad. We enjoyed the patio and pool. Having lots of patio furniture of different types felt like a luxury and it allowed for use of the patio in many different ways. We played cards close to the house at the table, and we sat near the edge to see sunset on some days. People sunbathed on the lounge chairs during the day. Very relaxing. The single floor house was spacious and good for having guests while giving everybody their own space. The large kitchen with its high ceilings and skylight and abundant bar seats made it the place to be. People sat at the bar more than the dining room table. I’m glad the house had laundry available. The internet service was great and had good speeds.

Quality Villa at Disney

A very clean and lovely villa near all the Disney attractions and local amenities. The swimming pool is huge and a lovely temperature. Plenty of space for 8 Adults/kids comfortably and lots of social gathering space. All the facilities you need to cook, wash etc and when we had the most minor issue with a curtain it was fixed straight away. We reccomend this.

Loma Vista property

Fabulous villa with the biggest pool we have ever had. Clean, spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and ideal for our family with every channel you could want on the TV and a great games room. Well situated for the 27, 192 and I4 for getting to Disney and Universal parks and close to Publix and Walmart with lots of restaurants and a superb bar called 1845 Taphouse a short drive or 15 minute walk away. Loved every minute of our holiday and would stay at 5640 Mandarin Court on our next Orlando holiday.

Comfortable & relaxing!

We have been staying in the Davenport area for the past ten years. This house was one of my favorites! It was clean, comfortable, well stocked. The pool area was a relaxing retreat for me. Hope to be back next year!

Amazing pool but lack of privacy was a concern.

We stayed at this property for two weeks and overall we really enjoyed it there. Only two negatives we found. First the key to the front door is kept in a lockbox outside. It would be much easier if the home had a digital keypad. Our group had two families but there was only one key. This made it hard if both families were away doing separate things . Secondly, the lack of privacy at the pool. The pool is amazing as is the deck area. It’s large and has the best covered lanai. Lots of room for your group. However, there is no privacy when you are using the pool area. It’s a corner lot so one side and a portion of the back is fully visible to street and pedestrian traffic. The area is completely open to the street and other homes. Because it was lacking a privacy hedge/fence, it was much colder than we expected as well. The home owner was very easy to deal with as was the Management company. They came right away and fixed the lanai fan. The home was big enough for the 6 in our group. It was clean and had every convenience we needed.

Disappointed

While the value of the stay was good taking into consideration its location and the price paid, we were disappointed in a number of ways which more than offset the value. Home was not cleaned very well upon arrival, i.e. dirty windows, dirty deck furniture, floors, carpeting. Undried laundry was left in the dryer. We had to make a number of repairs to multiple doors, one to prevent someone from locking themselves in a room. Silverware was dated and mismatched. Electrical outlets in two baths did not function and no attempt was made (after informing owner) to repair and had over a week to do so. One front door lock was non functioning. Grill with no propane tank. Garage had a musty and rancid smell. Light timer in front room did not function as it had a piece missing. A number of screens in pool area were not attached, Had to clean pool of worms more than once. We had to repair and clean out the vacuum cleaner. Some lightbulbs were burnt out. Owner was good in replying to emails, property managers did not reach out once. While some of these things sound trivial, a Super Host property should be nearly flawless with unrivaled service; we received neither.

Disney visit

We had a very good experience with this rental. Mike was very helpful when we requested a change in our reservation at the last minute. The home was clean, had plenty of towels, had a nice kitchen to cook meals in and had a great proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. The commute to Disney wasn’t bad at all. The rate for this rental was very fair. The pool was large and clean. Definitely a positive experience.

Would rent again

I would like to start off by saying that the post was fantastic at communication, Even before we booked the house. There was a problem with VRBO when trying to rent the home, and the property manager reached out right away and sorted it out within the hour. Communication was excellent. When we got to the house everything matched the pictures. The house was a good size and unlike homes our friends rented, had some amenities to get you started. Everything was clean and well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you

A very clean comfortable house

The check in process was very easy and the owner, Mike, was friendly and communicative (mostly through emails). Very close to the main road as compared to a lot of rental communities in Davenport...and close to the “back way into Disney” ( Taking US 27 to US 192 to Avalon to Western Way) that avoids the Traffic Apocalypse that is I-4!..My only quibbles were that we never could get the TV/Cable to work properly, but we were able to stream Netflix, so this wasn’t too much of a problem...also, the house was a bit under stocked with supplies requiring an 11pm Target run the arriving night (which wasn’t that big a deal since our brains were still on California time!)

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Haus sehr genossen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist riesengroß und hat nach anstrengenden Parkaufenthalten am Abend immer für eine schöne Erfrischung gesorgt. Auch die Nachbarschaft ist sehr freundlich gewesen. Mike ist ein guter Gastgeber, da er uns bei Problemen sofort helfen konnte. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder anmieten. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Urlaub in deinem Haus. Lieben Gruß Jend

My family built and enjoyed this property for years. We still come during the winter to get away from the cold, but are using the house less frequently. We live near Toronto, Canada.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our house has the perfect location to access all the highways which lead to the Disney Parks and other Florida attractions. Excellent restaurants are even closer. If you need more space, use the community pool, or play a game of tennis, both at the entrance of our neighbourhood. It has been a friendly and safe place to vacation all the years we've come.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Easy highway access to I-4, Hwy 192, Hwy 27. Easy connection to I-75 if coming from the north. Disney parks are about 15 minutes away. Spring training camps and games within 1/2 hour drive for several MLB teams Detroit Tigers and Atlanta Brave). One hour drive to either coast and other MLB team camps.
