Had a wonderful time staying here. Jackie was a wonderful host. She provided a tasty breakfast every morning and offered idea of locations to visit during the day, as well as local restaurants to eat at.

Perfect location if you wish to visit Mont St-Michel. The host Jacqueline is very welcoming. We were there for a one night stay and everything went smoothly. The place is comfortable and clean.

Quaint and peaceful country abode

We stayed here because we were visiting Mont Saint-Michel. Jacqueline was so kind and wholesome, and she even made us breakfast!!! Would absolutely stay again!

Excellent stay at a local home

Excellent communications both before and during the visit. Very good breakfast (scrambled eggs, toast, yogurt, etc.). Screened windows were a nice touch.

View of Mt. St. Michel!

What a lovely cottage for our family of 5! Plenty of room to spread out after a long day of traveling. We woke up to a view of Mt. St. Michel and had a nice breakfast that Jacqueline made for us. Restaurants are close by that are a short drive too.

Le Mont St Michel

My family had a wonderful trip to Mont St. Michel. We have a family of 6 (kids aged 4, 8, 11, and 13). Jacqueline's place was beautiful in a great location. 5 minute drive to parking for the island. There is a restaurant walking distance from the home. Will definately be back in the future.

Great farmhose with beautiful view

Great quiet property, 5 mins from town and Mont St. Michel. Easily and comfortably slept 5 of us. 2 bathrooms were great. Well stocked honour fridge was a great plus. Great breakfast. Very nice and accomodating host.

Jacqueline is a kind and friendly host. She made us dinner reservations for the night of our arrival. We were impressed with the space and proximity to the Mont. We enjoyed a pre sunrise walk to the Abbey before our host prepared breakfast. Lovely day.

A wonderful and welcoming stay

The location of the property is stunning - we were thrilled to see Mont St Michel from our bedroom window! The property is really cozy, well equipped, and creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Jacqueline is a wonderful host - even though we arrived late she waited for us and took time to answer our queries and get us settled in. And she kindly provided breakfast even though we had to leave super-early, which we really appreciated. A truly memorable and very comfortable stay! Thank you Jacqueline

Perfect spot close by but out of the bustle

We wanted to stay somewhere with close access to Mont-Saint-Michel The outside of the touristy hustle and bustle of staying on the island. This was the perfect spot! Our host was super helpful communicating with us prior to our stay and very kind while we were there. Very short drive to the shuttle and within walking distance if you are OK to put in the time for that. The rental unit was spacious and offered any comfort that we needed, right down to washcloths in the bathroom which not every rental unit includes. We appreciated having two bedrooms and two bathrooms while traveling with our teenagers, so that was nice. The breakfast spread in the morning was lovely and we enjoyed it very much. I would definitely recommend staying here and would not hesitate to return if we come back someday!

A wonderful, restful place. We were a family group of 4 adults traveling by car. Thoroughly enjoyed Jacquie's thoughtful hospitality. She thought of everything and makes you feel right at home. Wonderful comfortable beds, delicious breakfasts and a good view of Mont St Michel! Bedrooms are on the second level accessed by stairs with a double handrail. Don't miss the sheep being herded to the saltmarsh fields in the mornings, just past the front gate. Cottage is a close 5 minute drive to Mont St Michel parking area/shuttle. Catch the nearby Pontorson farmer's market on Wednesdays if you can. There is also a large Carrefour grocery store in Pontorson which caters to tourists. Note: the restaurants and shops on the causeway road in front of Mont St Michel are controlled by gate code. If you make a reservation at the restaurant they will give you the access code for the day. Easy 90 minute drive to Bayeux and the Normandy beaches. Try the locally made cider and Calvados apple spirits. Unhesitatingly recommend this place to stay.

Schattig huis met uitzicht op mont saint michel vanuit de slaapkamers. Prima bedden, beetje weinig waterdruk in de douche. Lieve gastvrouw, heerlijk ontbijt en oerfecte uitvalsbasis om de mont saint michel te bezoeken, creperie op loopafstand.

Perfect in every way

Jacqueline’s guest home was perfect for 2 couples. It was a short drive to Mont St Michel making it perfect to visit right away in the morning or later in the day before check in She was a perfect host and enjoyed the home so much! It was so nice to have a kitchen area and living room. It was fun to watch the sheep go by in the morning and evening Beds comfy and bathrooms were large! I would not hesitate to recommend.

The property was amazing. Warm, rustic accommodations were all as advertised. View and atmosphere were superb. The host was so delightful. One of my favorite stays ever. Wished we booked longer.

Good property, but not what we expected.

We loved the rural location, the sheep, the home itself was great, breakfast was good, and the owner was helpful and picked us up. We didn’t realize we couldn’t use the kitchen or that the owner would come and go in the house. Even at night once to turn off a light we had on for safety. I’ve never stayed in a B&B so some of this is probably expected, just not from me. But we loved so much of it that I hate to be a downer, but I really value privacy especially with little kids.
