La cabine offre deux chambres avec lit queen, draps de haute qualité et des couettes, un brillant concept ouvert salon - salle à manger avec une cheminée à gaz chaud dans un salon confortable avec fenêtre et puits de lumière baie. Une cuisine bien équipée complète offre amplement d'espace pour cuisiner tous vos repas.
En dehors de la chambre principale, détendez-vous sur la terrasse meublée avec des chaises Adirondack en cèdre, un barbecue à gaz Weber et votre propre spa en toute intimité. Very cute cabin in a quaint setting. Everything worked well. We didn’t have time to use the hot tub but the property is well laid out. Such handy access to the beach. Very enjoyable stay.

Loved staying at this property. Close to the beach, ample amount of space. Loved stepping outside and hearing the waves and the gardens onsite were beautiful. The hosts (Barb especially who we talked to for a bit) were lovely and made us feel so welcome. It’s worth noting that it is not air conditioned so it can get stuffy on warmer days in the afternoon but it was easily managed by opening the windows, and there were plenty of screened doors and windows to keep the cottage comfortable. I would recommend this property and hope to stay here again if/when we return to the area!!

The cottage was easy access to the beach and lovely walks. We had everything we needed and the kitchen was full stocked for everything we needed for cooking and our dinners. The hot tub and sitting area were very private and we had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend staying in the amazing Cedar Shack. Brilliant for a ladies weekend away.

The cedar shack was cozy and inviting, with every detail for comfort and convenience one could think of. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the neighbourhood quiet, being just a 2 minute walk from the surf. We used the hot tub several times a day. We walked the nearby beaches and enjoyed the town’s restaurants and shops. We’d love to return.

Close to Chesterman Beach. Very clean and suite had everything we needed to dine in and unwind! Beds were very comfy and hot tub was a great way to end long idyllic days on the beach and forest walks. Barbara and Daniel are great hosts! Definitely recommend Cedar Shack!

Incredibly impressed by the accommodation at the Cedar Shack, the attention to detail was amazing… the was absolutely nothing missing that we needed to make our short 3 day stay perfect!! The cottage was very clean and the kitchen well appointed with utensils. Bedside cell phone chargers was a real plus. Lovely bathroom with both a tub and shower. Very comfortable beds. Full size fridge. Very nice outdoor seating area. Unfortunately the owner did not disclose a major construction site directly adjacent to the cottage. Very noisy and all privacy was lost due to workers doing roofing on an out building. We could not use the hot tub during the week. Construction started at 0700am and continued until 1730. The gravel walkway to the cottage is difficult to negotiate although they do have a trolly which is somewhat helpful. The hot tub cover is very heavy. We did not use the BBQ as I was not interested in cleaning it after use considering the price of the cottage. The oven temperature sensor did not work. It stays at 205C. I had my own lazer sensor and was able to determine the oven temp using it. The oven needs to be replaced. Had the owner disclosed the construction I would have chosen a different VRBO or beach side Hotel. I would have given this property a rating of 9 but with the failure to disclose the construction it rates only a 2 out of 10.

Restful retreat

After a day of adventuring it's the perfect spot to warm up and relax. Hot tub is icing on the cake. Being mins to the beach was lovely.
