Les points faibles : Communication et exactitude de lâannonce
We arrived at 8:30 and there was nothing open, or available to eat. Not even vending machines. How does a "dog friendly" hotel NOT HAVE at minimum a small patch of grass? How does a company in good conscience advertise a "dog friendly" hotel on a NON FRIENDLY BEACH? A heads up about no dogs on Ocean City Beaches from May to October might be important no? Communication with 90% of the staff was frustrating at best, impossible most times. Horrible. A BALCONY? More like a small planter, and the "view" is shown below from the far corner of the room, against the wall. LAST TIME!
The room was nice enough. The ocean front view was really a stand on the balcony at one end and you can see the ocean, but don't sit out there because no chairs and not large enough anyway. This hotel was built so the narrow side faces the ocean so every room has an ocean view (they are not unique). The room has most things working OK. The room was clean enough. AC worked great. Not a ton of plugs, but you could move the bed and dresser and get access to what you needed. We went in April and most of the facilities were closed, but when we asked for some beach chairs, they had someone bring them to us and we carried them out to the beach (advantage was there were only about 10 people on the beach!). Drinks were good, if overpriced. Area was generally quiet at night. Good place to unwind in the off season.
