This spacious home features an open-concept living area filled with natural light, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, and a backyard paradise with a pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Explore nearby hiking trails, wineries, and shops, or visit neighboring cities like Chandler and Sedona. With unmatched comfort and serenity, this home promises unforgettable memories. Book now!
1. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and on the patio.
2. No Parties or Events: The property is for registered guests only; no unauthorized gatherings or parties are allowed.
3. Respect Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors.
4. No Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this property.
5. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is specified in your booking. Please do not exceed this limit.
6. Keep the Property Clean: Treat the space with respect and leave it in the same condition as you found it.
7. Pool Rules: Use the pool at your own risk. No glassware is allowed near the pool, and children must always be supervised. For additional child safety, a door alarm is located on the inside of the house on the sliding door and can be activated with the remote.
8. Secure the Property: Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property.
9. No Unregistered Guests: Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property.
10. Respect for Maintenance: Allow access for regularly scheduled services by our dedicated team for the pool, preventative pest control, and landscaping services, or other services as needed.
11. Signed Rental Agreement and valid Government Issued ID required 24 hours prior to check-in.
12. Abide by all HOA rules & the Rental Agreement Terms.
13. Booking: Guests must be 18 years or older, have prior reviews, and a complete profile that includes their first and last name along with a clear profile photo in order to book.
14. By staying at this property you are declaring that you and all of your guests have a Primary house address, you declare for your purpose for intention to stay is for transient purposes only and there is no intention to establish a landlord/tenant relationship, but the intention is to have an owner/guest relationship.
15. Mail: No guest mail may be received at this address.
16. The garage is reserved for the ownersâ closet and is not available for guest use. Guests are welcome to park in the driveway or on the street.
17. The pool can be heated to 87 degrees for an additional $50 per day with a minimum of 7 days at a time and at least a 24 hour written notice prior to starting and ending. NOTE: The hot tub and pool cannot be heated at the same time.
