It is close to 34th street with lots of stores including Walmart, Bealls, Publix and Aldi and a large variety of restaurants and take out locations. Fully furnished and equipped condo in an all ages complex with 2 pools (one heated) and a fitness room. Public transit is in front of the complex. It is in walking distance to Maximo Park with a beach, walking paths, bike trails, boat launch, fishing docks and frisbee golf. Across the road is access to the Pinellas bike trails. The Magnusson hotel is down the road with a great tiki bar overlooking the Gulf. It is in close proximity to St. Pete's Beach, Fort Desoto, golf courses, the interstate and downtown St. Petersburg.
