Welcome to the Emerald Suite, a 'Zen Zone' home away from home, where we're nestled along the Pacific Ocean coastline in Nueva Gorgona, Chame District, Panamá Oeste.

This "welcome in" apartment features a Living/Sitting room and a balcony with beautiful sunset side ocean-views. Two (2) sleeping areas, the Main Bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and the open area 'Zen-Bedroom' which has a comfortable Twin-sized Sofa bed and a Queen-sized air mattress with a foot pump. Comfortably sleeps max of 4, not counting 5yo children or younger.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, electric tabletop grill, and blender just to name a few. Enjoy your meals as you choose when you dine inside at the bistro table or at the 'breakfast bar' countertop..or afresca out on the balcony.

Laundry amenities include full-size washer & dryer, iron + board, basket, portable drying rack, and products.

Cozy tiled bathroom with a 'rainfall' shower, mirrored cabinet & sink, drawers, and convenient amenities like hot water, soaps, hair styling tools, and plenty of towels.

Emerald Suite has a convenient designated work area with basic stationery accessories plus plenty of space for your laptop, cellphones, etc. A portable, rechargeable music box and Smart TV-both with Bluetooth ports. WiFi and 2 AC units to keep this 70²m apartment internet ready while you relax nice & cool.

Take a moment to sit back in the gentle rocking chairs on the balcony, absorb the endless oceanview and beautiful sunsets as you get mesmerized by the sounds of the ebbs and flows of the waves.

For your convenience, Disabled and one Assigned parking space, 4 Tower & 1 Service elevators, recycling bins, outdoor 'shower', car washing area, and on-duty security are included and available 24-hrs.

In case of an emergency, exit LEFT to the stairway a few feet away. If needed the fire extinguisher box with hose is RIGHT outside the door. There are (4) conveniently wall-mounted rechargeable, handheld LED lights available for use. The (2) in the kitchen and entry areas have motion sensor settings. Other safety features include smoke & carbon monoxide detectors.
All public entry ways, social areas, and apartment rooms have stepless access.
While fully accessible, the interior doorways, bath and bedroom areas are not wheelchair accessible.

Guests can relax in the soothing atmosphere of this awesome space that's perfect for a vacation getaway or an extended stay. Price is negotiatable for extended stays 28 days, or longer.

As soon as you enter you'll see why it's easy to unwind and take a moment to "woosah" at my place. The decor is modern, inviting and intentional in color, design, and style.
The main wall in the bedroom boasts my custom painted wall mural of our beloved beach, La Playa Gorgona.
The wardrobe & closet have hangers and storage spaces to include shelves + drawers.

Tired, tense, and just need some self-care? No problem. Just let me know and you can enjoy a professional therapeutic massage by a licensed therapist right in the privacy of your suite.

Going to the store for groceries and the like? Then don't forget to grab the shopping bags. You're will need these reuseable bags or you can purchase some at the store.
By the way, stay beach bag ready with handy beach-themed bags to keep your towels, sunscreen and bug repellent lotion/spray handy. Don't forget to grab the floaties, mats & noodles for your pool or beach fun.

Your 'Zedroom' linens, including sanitized protective coverings, blankets and towels are also inside the wardrobe. Pillows are in the sitting bench located in the main bedroom.

On-site amenities include a restaurant, 2 children play areas, 3 types of ball courts, gym, sauna, 4 pools, outdoor grilling and several social areas.
You'll need the key card in order to access the All Social (AS) areas, elevators, and the private gate that leads to those 8 steps to the beach.

While the property is pet friendly, I only allow service dogs at this time at our apartment. I do maintain 'mi perro querida/o' welcome pet care accessories for your service companion. Consideration may be given to guests with extended stays 3 months or more only.
