L'appartement Chic Laurier est idéalement situé sur la magnifique rue Laurier Ouest, juste entre les quartiers du Plateau et du Mile-end, deux quartiers animés riches en culture, de bons restaurants, des bars et des petites boutiques uniques. Appartement décoré avec goût avec un mobilier en bois moderne et exotique. Il y a 3 chambres fermées avec des matelas en mousse à mémoire de taille Queen, un salon lumineux, une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée à côté de la salle à manger et une salle de bain complète récemment rénovée. Par beau temps, vous pourrez vous détendre sur votre propre terrasse ensoleillée avec barbecue et coin salon. Vous allez adorer le cachet original qui a été conservé et qui procure une sensation chaleureuse et agréable.

Ce charmant appartement de 1300 pieds carrés comprend:

L'appartement est à 8 minutes de la station de métro Laurier, vous permettant ainsi d'accéder au centre-ville ou au Vieux-Montréal en quelques minutes. Vous pouvez également décider de vous rendre à pied à la montagne et au parc du Mont-Royal (10 minutes) ou visiter à pied deux quartiers branchés: Plateau et Mile-End, car vous êtes juste entre eux. En fait, vous êtes au meilleur emplacement possible à Montréal !!

Montreal Weekend

We came to look at McGil with our daughter. Loved the apartment and really loved the neighborhood. We would come back and do it all over again. Quaint, comfortable, cozy. Loved the plaster work and the high ceilings. THANK YOU!

Great stay and location in Montreal

Excellent apartment value in a great neighborhood. Our young adult sons really liked it as well. Lots of restaurants and interesting shops close by. Metro station is about 15 minute walk on the lin that goes directly to the old town. Management was easy to contact and would reply quickly to inquiries. We will definitely stay here again next time.

Nice 3 bedroom apartment close to great bakery and restaurants. It’s also walking distance to Mont Royal. Also has a parking spot if requested. Stayed with my husband and 4 kids, My 15 year old liked to hang out on the back patio.

OK. Squeeky old wood floors. Upstairs neighbors easily heard walking. Clean and great neighborhood. 2 bedrooms are connected via French doors w a curtain on the door. So, you can hear the other person. .

Comfortable apartment with a great location

We spent 5 nights in November and enjoyed the apartment which was exactly as described. It is in the middle of an eclectic neighborhood with bakeries and restaurants all around. Did not need a car as everything we visited was walking distance or a short Uber ride. Yann was great to deal with - he responded right away if we sent an email and gave us a lot of suggestions for restaurants and local bakeries, bagel shops etc. If we could me back to Montreal we know where we will be staying!

Fabulous location

The condo was as advertised, super clean, quiet and a fun place to stay. But beware lots of stairs like many in Montreal. We really very much enjoyed our stay.

Great apartment, awesome location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is in a charming neighborhood with everything you could want within walking distance. We were very comfortable in the unit - 2 sisters in their 60's and our 2 daughters in their 20's. We did rent the parking spot, which was a great convenience. We just walked down the back spiral staircase to the car. The front steps, as mentioned, are a bit steep and not all of it with a handrail - my sister did not like that part. We chose to drive to our activities, which worked out better than expected. No trouble finding parking garages and lots near where we wanted to go. We visited the botanical garden, Atwater Market, the art museum, and Old Town - all were within 10-15 minutes drive. We particularly enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and seeing all the great restaurants, sidewalk cafes, shops, etc. And the bagel shop is right around the corner. We loved the location and hope to be back!

Spacious and Stylish Aprtment!

Very beautiful and so spacious. The property was very clean and well equipped. The décor was stylish. I could hear a bit of overhead noise in the wee hours one night. I contacted management and problem was solved! Very nice deck with lots of space as well. We easily Uber'd and Taxied around the city very reasonably.

Great Place!

Highly recommend staying here. Great location and fit myself and 5 friends very comfortably. Awesome outdoor space, we loved sitting out there for a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Would definitely come back.

Cozy with a real neighborhood feel

If you want to feel like you're part of the Montreal community, this is a great place to rent. Other reviewers have done a good job capturing its essence. You can walk and bike to just about anywhere. Unfortunately, there was a LOT of road construction in Montreal this summer (which locals told us is fairly nonstop) so some walking was a little tricky. Many bistros and cafes are nearby, as well as a larger supermarket and it's smaller organic version. It was a long walk or a drive to finer dining. Bring your Canadian dollars to the local markets as they are not always prepared to manage the exchange rate. The parking spots with the apt are worth it unless you want to constantly monitor your vehicle. Construction on a hotel next door was started just as we were leaving in August 2019. Hopefully, it will still allow the deck to get some light. The bedrooms are comfortable if small, with very limited closet space. So, couples or 3 individuals are best accommodated here - you're living out of your suitcase. It was a great solution for us. We wanted a local feel and a few days of Rogers Cup tennis.
