Great place to land!

Perfect place to stay! Great location to enjoy Canmore and all it has to offer, a transit stop super close to quickly get to Banff and a parking space. What more could you ask for! On warm days, the condo did take a while to cool down after sunset but we were lucky with the weather so wasn’t a huge issue. Highly recommended!

Great location but would pass on a second stay

First the location was great. It was walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. There is no AC so if you stay during the summer it will get HOT. The temp read 81 degrees F at it’s hottest. I would check to make sure there is heat if staying during the winter. Originally they advertised a window AC unit in the info packet but when I reached out to customer service they said nope there is no window AC.

Great place to relax

Area was quiet and condo was nice and comfortable. Loved hearing the train traveling nearby. Description stated there was AC, there is not. Would suggest covering on the upper windows in the bedrooms, as it doesn’t get dark until after 10:30pm and its light before 5AM during the end of June. The TVs and Direct TV box wasn’t working and the TV aren’t modern enough for us to be able to log into our own accounts with streaming or cast from our computers.

Not what you expect! Communication and care of customers awful!

Do not stay here! Upon arrival, it was noted that the floors were gritty and crumby. We were grossed out and disappointed but kept sandals on. The blinds/curtains in one of the bedrooms are stained and nasty and were tied up and impossible to get down. Also, the windows in that room open to a walkway- so very uncomfortable to 1) not have blinds down all the way and 2) leave the window open. Another disappointment. When we tried to turn the tvs on- we couldn’t get either of them to turn on. There are absolutely no instructions on how to work the TVs, but finally after a couple of nights, we tried to get help with them. The lady tried her best but was unable to figure it out. She said she would send someone out to fix it- but then no one was available and we were out the door early the next morning. So good luck with the non working TVs with no instructions! Then, while I realize they do not have AC- the days we were there were really warm- and the upstairs bedrooms were SOOO hot. We were told to open the doors and windows- but as any normal sane person- you don’t leave doors and windows wide open when you aren’t home! So it was impossible to cool it down! Need another fan for 2 rooms. Common sense. Lastly, and most Importantly, when discussing these concerns after we returned home, there was absolutely no understanding, willingness to compensate, or accountability on their part! Basically we were told it’s not their fault and too bad! Don’t waste your money here!
