- "The English Cottage" is professionally cleaned and sanitized in between each guest – book with confidence!
- This is a 2-story home and all bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor of the home - stairs required
- We have a spacious 2 car garage for parking
- Our home has a doorbell camera. This camera will record video when activated by motion and will be on during your stay and guests must not cover up a camera.
- To keep our home affordable for all group sizes, we have an extra charge of $20/night/guest over 4, up to our maximum.

***CANCELLATION POLICY: Oxford Vacation Rentals DOES NOT allow cancellations for football games (regular season and post season games), concerts, Double Decker, or Ole Miss Graduation. For all other dates, we have a 60 day cancellation policy***

RULES
- Minimum Age: "The English Cottage" requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature.
- Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
- We offer optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, and much more.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the property for your stay. We do offer early arrival or late check out for an additional fee – please check with us for availability.
- No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our home.

*Departure instructions – We don't believe in long chore lists for our guests! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the home during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
