The beach view is amazing and you can enjoy it right from the living room. The beds were comfy and the showers hot. Fully stocked kitchen was a plus. The condo is located in lovely area and is in driving distance to restaurants and shops.

Great location! You can't beat it - right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets. Clean Pool. Set up was great for a family. It felt bigger than the pictures show. Accommodations were comfortable. Chris on the property was very helpful.

The view and location were amazing. The beach area was quiet and barely had anyone on it the whole week we were there. The host was very responsive. The dishwasher did not work, had about 5 people come check it out two different days, said they would be back with a part to fix it and never showed back up. The kitchen had bugs, mostly at night, someone came and sprayed, it helped a little bit but they were still present afterwards. Overall the area is nice and quiet, we had a good time even with a storm rolling in, we even got to see turtles!

I hate to write this review but I don’t want others to go through what we did. We had the condo booked for 11 nights but checked out after two. The condo was in really bad shape from roaches to rusted out furniture and appliances. The main issue was definitely the roaches. The host did respond immediately and provided a can of Raid the next morning. The issue was way bigger than a can of Raid. We could not get out of there quick enough after two nights.We immediately disputed our stay through VRBO. They basically said they would only have us communicate with the Host regarding our dispute. It took several days and quite a bit of time on our part but the people who managed the property for the owners agreed to refund us for the nights we did not stay there. I had provided them with numerous pictures. Bottom line is don’t book this condo.

We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few things for future guests. The insects described are palmetto bugs, which are very common throughout Florida, particularly along the coast and on the islands. These insects can enter a property through open sliding glass doors, especially when guests leave them open to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. We have the property professionally treated, but living in a coastal environment means occasional encounters with these insects can happen despite preventative measures. We cannot speak to the circumstances during your stay, but it is important that all guests keep doors closed when not in use to help prevent insects from entering the condo. We take the condition of our property seriously and regret that your experience was disappointing. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation for future guests and will continue to do our part to maintain the property and provide an enjoyable vacation experience.

Small 2 story property right on the beach! The condo was clean and nicely laid out with room for the 3 of us. You can't beat the direct beach access and the shelling was great!

We had a corner 2 bedroom unit with a balcony with perfect, non obstructed views of the ocean! We love this little slice of paradise! We chose to cook meals there instead of going out to eat most nights. One thing we did not think about was bringing a simple hand crank can opener! Such a simple unthought of tool until you need one! Not having one made things interesting to say the least! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone!

Beautiful beach right out the door and sunset views right out the balcony! While a little distant from AMI or Sarasota this condo was quiet and away from the busyness. Pretty much had whole wide open beautiful beach to ourselves! Kitchen is very small but had what we needed. Walls are thin so easy to hear neighbors and road noise but we just ran a fan at night and were fine. Nice pool and washer/dryer in the unit to use. Very clean and comfortable. Recommend if you don't mind a little drive to shopping/food.

Excellent location, beautiful views, perfect for a few nights. Comfortable sofas and beds. Seemed so much larger than it looked online. Public areas are kept immaculate, saw all the pool furniture getting washed down. Very warm pool. Lovely beach walk and excellent shelling.
