After a gorgeous, tranquil drive through the neighborhood, this property has a long DRIVEWAY (which can accommodate up to three cars) and a two-car GARAGE.

There is a grand BACKYARD space to one side of the house, a swimming POOL to the other, and a FAMILY GATHERING area in between! The outdoor gathering space is outfitted with full PATIO FURNITURE as well as cornhole gameboards.

The MASTER BEDROOM is on the first floor with a private full bathroom and decent DESK SPACE to work. There is even a set of double doors that OPENS STRAIGHT TO THE POOL outside!

The second floor has THREE BEDROOMS, a centrally-located full bathroom, and a balcony looking over the DISPLAY FIREPLACE below.

LIVING ROOM equipped with 75" Roku TV which you can log into yourself, large sofa and side chair that can seat 07-09 comfortably.
FULL KITCHEN, fully furnished with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker (ground coffee, creamer, & sugar), toaster, hot kettle, baking pans, cooking pots and pans, and oil, salt, pepper, & spices.
GAME ROOM with sofa bed, interchangeable mini billiards, air hockey, and foosball table, and several board games.
DINING ROOM that can seat 06 (easy folding table that can seat another 06 can be moved from the garage).
LAUNDRY ROOM with washer and dryer, soaps provided.
FULL BATHROOMS, each with towels, liquid soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, & hair dryer.
FOUR BEDROOMS which include lamps, side tables, comforters, flat sheets, and 02 pillows per person.

The guests can self-check-in anytime after 04 pm on the check-in day and will have access to all the information about the house, the entirety of its functions and features through the messaging and available digital guidebook.

Pool maintenance occurs every week and our pool guys will access the pool through the side gate.
Garbage is picked up on Tuesdays & Fridays (recycling only on Fridays), so please drop off your trash the night before.
For longer stays, please water plants -- there are 05 in total.
