The house is lovelier in person than in the photos. Some of the furnishings have even been updated. Having the golf cart was a huge plus and truly enhanced our stay. A few upgrades are needed with the beach equipment - but honestly - that’s minor. The beds were so comfortable and the facility itself felt as if you were staying in a 5 star hotel. Amenities were on point - however one or two of the bottles of products in the showers were empty in most bathrooms. So just let housekeeping know that detail. Darling neighborhood - close to everything. Beach access was super easy and the surrounding area was clean, quiet and serene.

30A's Hidden Gem

This house is perfectly positioned. Close enough to walk to the beach or take the golf cart. The pool is steps away as well.

Chillin at Tresca

We had a great stay! The property was perfect for us...two older teens, my sister and myself (dad). The cart was a great addition for convenience and beach access. the house was completely clean and ready to roll when we arrived!

Beautiful home, pics don't do it justice. Palm-lined, quiet street with gas lanterns and lovely homes with porches. Tall ceilings, elegant beach decor, very comfortable beds and a well-stocked garage with all the beach things. Golf cart or bike to the beach. Community pool is very close. Outdoor spaces were much appreciated. Short walk to Eastern Lake boat ramp. We kayaked from there to the ocean. We loved the home! Everything was well-stocked, plenty of bath and beach towels for our family. Bring some dishwasher tablets unless you think you'll only use 2. Area notes: Golf cart parking is a few minutes walk from the sand, so it is convenient to take a bike or scooter on the cart with you to quickly get from parking to the beach. Old Florida Fish House is close. Even if they have tables available they will seat you inside unless you have a reservation. We made one on Resy once we arrived in order to sit outside. We also checked out the Perfect Pig, Cafe 30A, Fonville Press for breakfast and Seaside food trucks (don't miss Nigel's Bananas for dessert). Deer Lake State Park is a quick ride away and has a lovely boardwalk along the dunes. The Big Chill has family nights with various happenings, food/ice cream, an arcade and Build-A-Bear. Sadly, you can't bring your dog to the beach along 30A and the beach police will make you move your tent back so they can charge folks for umbrellas to have front row. Bring your net and headlamps for crabbing at night.

Kayaking from Eastern Lake to the ocean sounds like a 30A adventure most guests never discover! We love that the gas lantern charm, comfy beds, and stocked garage made the home a favorite, and your generous guide to local dining, Deer Lake, and crabbing tips is pure gold for future guests. Absolutely wonderful rental

So many things to love about this rental….the location was perfect, golf cart made it so easy to get around, the pool was perfect after a day at the beach. It was shady and so relaxing. Loved the layout and the decor of the house. All the balconies were perfect for evening porch sitting and early morning coffee drinking….it was the best beach rental to date.

Great Accommodations and Well Setup

This property was very clean and well stocked for all of your vacation needs. The golf cart, bikes, beach towels and toys were all great as well as the community pool. Golf cart distance to the beach, restaurants, and close communities like Seaside. We took advantage of the washer and dryer. The kitchen was well stocked and maintained. Thank you and we will look to stay there again.

The property/house was very clean. It's a beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone. Has everything you would need, well equipped. O e of the best homes I've stayed at, definitely would stay again. I cant say anything negative about this rental. Having bikes and a golf cart, everyone loved going for a ride. My only advice is for the beach experience. It's a public access, in-between 2 private beaches, so things get tight. Bring your own umbrellas and put them up where you want. If you bring a canopy or shibumi you have to set up on back 1/3 of the beach, and even if you go down early they put up paid umbrellas and chairs directly on top of you. Renting the umbrellas and chairs are an option, but they dont start until 8. Parking is a problem, as there is none at the access, and only 12 in the parking lot which is about 100 yards away. We used the golf cart to shuttle everyone to and from. One person has to ride a bike back, which is a short ride. Quiet neighborhood very clean and pretty.The old fish house and the perfect pig are wonderful places to eat, and a golf cart ride away.We all had a great time.

Wonderful Holiday at the beach

Stayed the month of November at Tresca Court with my family. It was a great house and a great location. This time of year at the beach was truly great. The house was furnished with everything we needed. Was in a cul-de-sac, so no traffic. I have been coming to this area yearly for 25 years and this place was rated as top 2. Will definitely stay again.

Property was clean and fit our needs well. The golf cart made the beach very accessible. We had a short delay getting in at 4:00 pm because the cleaners were still working. WiFi was initially out for a few hours. Not a problem. We had a great time

Quiet neighborhood

This was our 5th year in this area but 1st time at this house. It was a beautiful home. Had everything you could think of and then some. Super clean. Loved the neighborhood. Just a short bike/golf cart ride to the beach. Beds were comfy. We had some issues with the downstairs thermostat but it was quickly resolved. Having the golf cart was a nice touch. We enjoyed the patio off of the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again. We loved it.

Very happy with the stay! Great place and location! Would rate a 9.9/10 Only deductions: 1. dishwasher doesn't do good job of cleaning dishes 2. Nobody ever came to get trash from previous resident or from us during weeklong stay. Heated pool was amazing! Nice friendly neighborhood.

This is a beautiful family friendly well equipped house. The bikes and golf cart were especially handy to have and use daily. Lots of amenities and close to the beach! The pool was also very clean. The host company was also very quick to respond with any questions.

Beautiful home that was perfect for our family. The property is lovely and in close proximity to main amenities that made the stay that much better. The golf cart was a great addition along with the bikes as we used them daily. One note, beach access is convenient but does that some strategy if you are wanting to make a full day at the beach with a lot of accessories. Parking is approximately 150 yards from the beach access so prepare accordingly. Also, during the busy summer months, parking can be limited so go early. On days we struggled to find parking, we just move to riding the bikes as there is a bike rack right at the beach access. There is some beach equipment associated with the house such as beach chairs, towels, beach toys, nets etc., however, there was no suitable equipment for shade, so bring your own umbrella or beach tent. We loved the property and would stay again in a heartbeat.
