This two-story home features a half-step entry. The first floor includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the second floor is accessible via interior stairs.

A resort fee of $21.50 per vehicle is required for property access and grants entry to community amenities, payable upon arrival.

For your safety, the property is equipped with two exterior security cameras:

One at the back facing the outdoor entry.
One at the front facing the driveway.
These cameras do not monitor interior spaces and record video and audio only when motion is detected.

Pool Heating Details:

Heated Pool: The pool can be heated for a $35/day fee. Please note, the pool must be heated for the entire duration of your stay (no partial heating). It is typically heated to 83-88°F depending on ambient temperature, and will be heated up to 20-25 degrees above ambient temperature if the outside temperature is below 60F. Please note, it is not a hot tub.
