Completely remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath condo at Sea Sands in Port Aransas. Unlike most other rentals, you will have many of the comforts of home in this condo. Comfortable furniture, fully stocked kitchen including extras such as an air fryer and premium cooking and bakeware.

Our coffee bar includes a Keurig combo with both a large carafe and individual pod ability. We provide coffee, creamer, sweeteners, and filters so no need to worry about packing those items.

The living room and both bedrooms boast flat screen ROKU TVs where You Tube TV and Spectrum streaming are available for your viewing pleasure via our high speed internet. Guests are also welcome to login into their personal Netflix, Prime, or other favorite streaming apps.

The 1st bedroom includes a queen over queen bunk bed and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The back bedroom has a king size bed and dual access to the common bath with a walk in tiled shower. We have a quality twin rollaway bed located in each bedroom's closet.

A private washer and dryer is also available for your use.

Sea Sands has a lovely community swimming pool with shady palapa tables and lounge chairs. There are several large community charcoal BBQ grills spread throughout the complex for guest use. If needed, there is also a community laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers.

Boat parking allowed in designated area but check with management on size restrictions. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles. Parking is not assigned and first come, first served.

Guests of Sea Sands have access to use the boardwalk to the beach located down at Coral Cay Condos, but it is also a short drive to the beach via Sandcastle Drive. Our location in town allows for golf cart usage to and from the condo and around town.

Guests have sole access to this condo unit as well as access to the common grounds including: the swimming pool, beach walkover, community laundry facility and BBQ pits.

Please note that the pool, laundry and BBQ pits are shared with other guests. The laundry facilities are coin operated.

The beach walkover is shared with Coral Cay Condos, which are located between Sea Sands and the beach
