18 Bunker Lane was the perfect home for our family reunion. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was ideal. The large open living, dining and kitchen area was a perfect gathering place. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make meals for 18. SHARC passes are included so you can have fun at the pool and other Sunriver activities. You won't be disappointed if you rent this warm, inviting home.

AMAZING!!!

Everything was absolutely amazing and far exceeded our expectations! The house was large, clean, quiet, and the perfect setup for our group of 14, including several families and kids. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, with plenty of parking, and the house had so many thoughtful extras for us to enjoy, including bikes, games, and more. Everything we could have hoped for was provided, and it truly felt like the perfect place for our group. We had such a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and family-friendly place to stay. We would happily stay here again!

One of the best homes in Sunriver

I have been going to Sunriver with my family for about 20 years, this was one of our favorite home. Great location, very keep home, and great layout for a big group. Will definitely come back.

Such an amazing stay!

We had the most wonderful time here! Four families with lots of kids and there were plenty of activities for all. Tons of accommodations at the house with kids in mind. Will be coming back every year!

This home is amazing! We had 4 adults and two children and couldn’t had a better time in this vacation home! We had everything we needed and more!!! The house was very clean and tons of room for everyone!! We hope to book another vacation stay in this home again in the future!!

Amazing place

Place is spacious, quiet, and modern that is a 20 minutes drive from Bend. It has everything that will make you feel at home and comfortable! The host is very communicative and nice, making sure everything is good during the process of your stay.

Room for group!

Nice big, clean home, perfect for our family reunion, especially for the golf lovers in the group. We loved the big kitchen and super-sized Sub Zero refrigerator. Comfy beds and baths, too!

We loved our stay!

The home was large enough for our family reunion. We loved having a bathroom for each bedroom. The home was very clean and organized. The outdoor and indoor amenities were wonderful. Not far from the pool and village for the teenagers and those that love to shop. Nicole was very responsive to our needs or questions. Thanks for our lovely stay!

Wonderful house!

We had 4 generations, the rooms were spacious, the bathrooms luxurious.The kitchen had everything we needed, and room for everyone to eat together. The back porch had extra seating and a nice view of the golf course. We used the included bikes to ride around the resort. The pool passes were also utilized by the family. We also used the BBQ. We were very happy with the property. The location was quiet

Perfect Extended Family Vacation

Beautiful, well equipped home for us to gather our family. Everyone appreciated having their own bathrooms, and adult siblings did not mind sharing huge king size beds. Corn hole, ping pong, pool access (water slides & lazy river!), hot tub, huge upstairs balcony (for those who brought books), and the great room provided much joy for our 3 generations of family coming together! :) :) :)

Great home for our large family

All of the bedrooms and en suite bathrooms were large and luxurious. The kitchen with high end appliances and a large refrigerator and freezer, plenty of pots and pans and dishware/silverware, glasses and coffee cups. The coffee maker large enough to prevent continual new brews. The included bikes and pool passes were utilized and gave extra activities for us to do. Plenty of seating and a big BBQ that we used. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. Quiet location and privacy.

Big beautiful house we all loved!

This was such a big, beautiful house! Our whole family loved it! There was lots of space for everyone? Kids included. We loved all the king beds and private baths. The large cook stove, two dishwashers, large fridge and beverage cooler were great for a big group. The kitchen was well-stocked. We loved the upper and lower decks. There was plenty of comfortable seating indoors for everyone. And the heated bathroom floors were very luxurious. It felt clean and new. We would all stay again! One great highlight about staying at this end of sunriver is you are very close to Benham Falls and trails to the Lava Lands. Thanks again for the stay!

Dear Michele, Thank you so much for your candid feedback about our property. We rely on feedback about our home from our renters (as well as cleaners), particularly during summer season, to help us keep everything in tip top shape. We appreciated your notification about the problem with the front lock so that we were able to resolve that quickly during your stay. Also, thanks to you, the cleaners have already cleared all drains and run them with Draino to improve the experience for future guests. We will request that our cleaners inspect/notify us about which towel rack is loose so that we can get that resolved at the next opportunity. We will keep your other suggestions in mind for our Fall maintenance.  Would you believe you are the first person to bring up reading lights in the year since we finished building our home?! What a great idea. We'll try to get at least a few of those in place come Fall to help accommodate voracious readers like yourself. We hope that despite these minor inconveniences you had a wonderful visit and made some special Sunriver memories, Nicole

A week of luxury & comfort

Our family of 14 had a wonderful stay at 18 Bunker Lane! We loved the comfy beds, the bathroom for every bedroom, and the large gathering space for meals and games. There were big dressers to unpack our clothing into, plenty of necessities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washing machine and dishwasher pods, a good start on toilet paper and paper towels. The pantry is large for storing food and kitchen supplies. There was a keurig type coffee maker that could also make a pot of coffee which got a lot of use. We loved the beverage fridge for freeing up space in the main fridge, and having two dishwashers was really nice as well. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings, which was crystal clear and the perfect temp. We played many games of cornhole and enjoyed ping pong battles when not out for a bike ride around the river loop or to Benham Falls, paddle boarding at the lake, floating the river, or having pickleball tournaments at Fort Rock Park…oh, and we can’t forget a float in the lazy river at SHARC aquatic center. Nicole was very responsive to a couple of questions we had. The neighborhood was very quiet. We had a whole family of deer hanging out in the backyard. It was fun to watch the golfers go by and navigate the sand traps. One thing you should know about the neighborhood is the neighbors keep a watchful eye…so be sure not to ride bikes on their driveways and also be sure to keep all 4 wheels of your vehicle on the driveway. Our week went by way too fast. We would definitely stay here again!
