Park Shore Resort, unité au 1er étage avec vue fantastique sur l'eau! Ouest de l'autoroute 41, 1. 25 miles à la plage!

We're so very pleased that you enjoyed your stay. However, we did want to clarify that the admin. charge you referred to was actually the amenities fob fee charged by the resort. This was mentioned in the online rental listing property description. You were also reminded about this in your check in detail "text message". Our apologies for any confusion. Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We hope you will return again soon. Respectfully, Itrip Management

Thanks so very much for taking the time to provide such positive feedback regarding your recent stay. It's a pleasure to know that you enjoyed your vacation experience; as guest satisfaction is our #1 priority. We appreciate your recognition of all the condo and surrounding area has to offer. However, there should have been a cooler inside the unit. If you would have reached out during your stay, we would have been happy to provide one. We'll certainly do so moving forward. We greatly appreciate your business and look forward to your return again soon! Itrip Management.

Since your stay, the unit has been completely renovated with new kitchen and baths, as well as new furniture. The den was converted into a second bedroom. All transformation pictures are reflected in the property listing. Itrip Management

We’re a bit perplexed by your 3 star review, particularly when nothing you’ve mentioned (short of your complaint about filthy closets) should have been a surprise to you. Your reference to the unit being tiny, tiny, tiny…..that’s fairly typical of a one bedroom unit; not sure what you were expecting. Speaking of property size, we do apologize if the closets were not up to your standard; as there’s limited space in which to accommodate the extra items we like to supply for our guests. However, that doesn't warrant describing closets as "filthy". You also mentioned the unit was dated and specifically complained about the kitchen being dated. Since the online pics are exactly as you found the unit, I find it hard to grasp how you could have been surprised or disappointed in any way. There has been absolutely no misrepresentation on our part. As for your suggestion that “it’s probably acceptable at half the price….& that you can get much better at half the price”, I encourage you to shop your options in the future and let us know what you find in Naples offering an entire apartment and amenities for the nightly rate you paid. The tone of your communication prior to arrival was quite clear that your extreme concern for not being able to secure a keyless entry code versus going to the lobby to check in was an issue with you. There were multiple emails expressing concern for “safety/health” issues (check in procedure) that seemed to “set the negative tone” prior to your arrival. There was no "misleading" check in information presented to you in any way. Since there were no actual operational complaints made about the unit during your stay, we can only assume your discontent over having to check in at the front desk influenced your review. Fortunately, we have several 5 star reviews from guests with clearly different perspectives regarding their accommodations and experiences in this unit. Respectfully, Itrip Management
