We are so sorry that you found the linens in less than good shape. I only wish you had reached out during your stay. I could have quite easily and quickly resolved with new linens delivered to your unit promptly; as we are highly focused on superior customer service to avoid situations like this. Guest satisfaction is our highest priority. We're actually in the process of replacing all linens and towels. We've replaced living room and dining room furniture and light fitures, new kitchen appliances, etc. Once this redecorating process is fully completed this summer, we will replace current online photos with updated ones to reflect all of the upgrades. Although I'm outraged by your audacity to provide a 2 star review, I'm absolutely NOT surprised in the least based on our experience with you as a "guest". I'll begin by stating that we have blocked you from renting any of our managed units moving forward.....that should speak volumes. The fact that we exchanged more than 25 emails and numerous calls and texts between January and March is a strong indicator of the level of difficulty in dealing with you. Your endless list of demands and rude communication (prior to arrival) was also an indicator of what was to come. You did mention that this was your first time in a vacation rental; as you clearly had unrealistic expectations. (Demands list: Bath robes & slippers....blankets, not duvets or comforters..... specific #'s of sheet sets..... specific #'s of clothes hangers....... specific #'s of towels....specific #'s of bath mats) I went out of my way to accommodate your every request (purchased all new towels and bath mats as well as added extra clothes hangers) which included hanging a room darkening black out shade in your bedroom.....as you stated "it's non-negotiable". We even secured authorization to purchase new lanai furniture and outdoor rug just days prior to your arrival. Again, trying to ensure you had the best possible rental experience. The master bedroom furniture has been replaced since the online pics were taken as well. None of these things were appreciated or recognized by you. We were instead met with constant demands and complaints. You insisted there was no tea kettle, even though I knew there was one in the unit. You just didn't open the cabinet doors above the fridge. To avoid an argument, I dropped a new one at your front door. You called to report the dining light switch not working. We were happy to replace....at no cost to you even though it was clear that you had broken it. We don't nickel and dime our guests. However, it would be nice if we were met with respect versus such a rude demanding attitude. Having said all of this, you provide a 2 star review and your only complaint is "small bathrooms and tiny kitchen"..... when the square footage of the unit is reported (as well as clear pics) in the online listing. We are hard working & reputable business owners who focus heavily on customer service. However, you are an example of the fact that some people simply cannot be pleased. Fortunately, we know that future guests will be able to read between the lines (based on previous reviews) and recognize this fact. Respectfully, Itrip Management

I'm really surprised to have received a 3 star review with reference to items that were never mentioned during your 2 week stay. I text you the check in procedures with no response and there's a guest manual in the unit with my contact information as well. Knowing that I'm literally a text or phone call away, it's hard to comprehend why you would not have allowed us the opportunity to address your issues. No previous guests have mentioned issues with the shower, so I had no idea there was a problem (could be that you simply didn't pull the lever hard enough). Adding dinnerware and silverware is simple; as is changing the patio cushions (the upcoming lanai construction project has prompted the owners put a hold on new patio furniture) . I could undersand if it was a short 3-5 night stay, but for 14 nights, it makes no sense that you would not reach out if these issues were important enough for you to reduce the overall review rating. In all honesty, it just seems an unfair review rating for such a lovely unit. If you had reached out and we ignored your requests, we would be deserving of this review. This is obviously not the case. The unit is lovely and the owners have even provided new master bedroom furniture since the last pics were taken......there's no mention of this in your review though. Your review was entitled "needs updating". The online pics were representative of the unit, so what was surprising about this unit, other than new furniture in the master bedroom? How can you critique what you already knew when you rented the unit? We are honest and transparent business owners & make ourselves completely available to our guests 24/7 to accommodate their needs. Therefore, it's very hard to understand why guests would rather complain after the fact than have their needs met during their stay. This would prevent impacting our online reputation and make your stay much more pleasant. Otherwise, unfortunately no one wins with an unnecessary negative review and your guest needs not being met.
