Our villa was steps away from the private beach as well as the pool. The villa and grounds were impeccable! Our villa was extremely clean and comfortable! Our host was very communicative and offered any assistance we may need prior to our stay as well as checking in with us after we settled in. We couldn’t be happier with our stay there and will definitely return!

Enjoyed the community feeling, closeness to restaurants, shops and other sites. A very unique place to stay. Everything in the villa was great. Beds, linens very comfortable.Hope to return next year. Excellent staff.

The cottage is in a great location. We walked to restaurants and used Freebee for places to go a little farther out. Nice to have a private beach with cabanas. There is also a community pickleball court 7 blocks away

What an amazing spot! Super clean, great communications with Jim and the office team. We spent most of our stay on the front porch, enjoying the sunshine and sounds of the ocean. So peaceful and relaxing, yet just a few miles in either direction to fun, festivities, and great dining. Thank you for our much needed getaway! We'll be back!

Communicated with owner numerous times before we arrived, with questions. The owner replied promptly and accurately each time. Villa was excellent, clean very close to everything we wanted to do. Pool and beach each were probably 50’ away. My wife and I couldn’t ask for a nicer place, so very relaxing. Exactly what we wanted!! We certainly plan on returning.

Amazing View!!

My husband and I very much enjoyed out stay at Royal Flamingo Villas. We stayed in villa F. Location was excellent, right on the beach, very safe environment, well equipped and very clean, Service was really good. Looking forward to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa F in Hillsboro Beach. The villa was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.The location was one of the biggest highlights. It was just steps from both the beach and the pool, making it incredibly convenient. We were traveling with our 4-year-old, and it was the perfect setup for our family. We could easily go back and forth between the beach, pool, and villa without any hassle, which made our vacation much more relaxing.The host was excellent throughout our stay. Communication was prompt and friendly, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear, detailed, and easy to follow. Everything was exactly as described, so there were no surprises.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend Villa F to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly place to stay in Hillsboro Beach.

Great bungalow!

Excellent location, clean bungalow with super-comfy bed. Well-stocked, nice kitchen, all appliances in great working order, . Easy in/out. Quiet community with warm pool, neat landscaping, plenty of chaises/chairs/sunshades by beach. Only regret was returning to single digit temps and not finding this place years ago!

Wonderful villa and great for children!

We stayed at the Royal Flamingo villa F and had a wonderful stay! Great property, very clean and wonderful location steps away from the beach and pool. Beach is beautiful and quiet, great for children. Jim was so helpful and even helped us with a crib rental for our baby. The site had high chairs and play pens so one less thing to worry about packing when travelling with young children. We had an amazing vacation and will definitely be coming back!
