We rented this property for my sister's birthday. Roberto was very responsive and helpful. Several of my girlfriends, and I, are looking to book in the future.
We wanted to enjoy our stay but unfortunately this fell well below our standards, especially for the price. Important to note that the bathroom is quite impracticable, to the point of barely useable (toilet position). The shower looks like there is black mold growing underneath the wood planks. The temperature cannot be regulated in suite so that made it a little challenging as the weather fluctuated. The property list pictures are from a time when the property was better maintained. The bed is quite slumpy and the toilet seat is broken, there is also a rusty nail hanging down from the roof that is quite unsafe for those who are taller. I will say, Roberto was prompt to reply to messages, and the location was nice.
My husband and I came into town for a working vacation. The apartment is very nicely set up. It has exactly what you need. We cooked in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The bathroom was tight, especially for my 6ft 5inch husband but is was usable and what we needed for our stay. I had questions about checking in and parking and the host was very responsive and helpful. There was snow during our visit and the host brushed off our car.
I donât like leaving negative reviews, I honestly donât. I must be honest though. The pictures are deceiving and purposefully donât show the bathroom. The toilet is placed so close to the shower that you have to be an Olympic gymnast to take a #2. There were only 3 towels and enough sleeping room for 3 adults even though it says it sleeps 4. We were told the wood stacked off to the said was for the fire pit but it was soaked and unusable. There is a store 4 miles away though so not the end of the world. It was somebodyâs basement so there was no privacy whatsoever. The place overall just didnât feel that clean, the appliances barely worked, and it looked like it was constructed by someone who was not a construction professional in any way. For the one night we stayed it worked. But I would not recommend spending more than one night here.
We are perched on hillside of the very sought after lower south hill. The south hill is the oldest planned residential neighborhood in Spokane where you'll find master planned parks & beautiful turn of the century grand homes. Come experience this yourself because this neighborhood is something special
Besides being 10 minutes from the airport, 6 minutes from downtown, and placed right on the very popular hillside walking/biking trails. The home is 1 of 4 on the bluff. It only takes one night to understand why people call it Sunset Ridge
