Welcome to 30 Moonshell Road, a wonderful home perfectly located just 0.2 miles from the beach in a quiet Hilton Head neighborhood. The home features a private pool with spa, is dog-friendly, and has a unique in-law suite with secondary kitchen. Because of this, 30 Moonshell is an ideal choice for holidays, family beach trips getaways, or group vacations.

Nestled in Folly Field, a peaceful area of Hilton Head, this property offers privacy while still being close to everything you need. Enjoy the tranquility of a less-crowded beach just a short walk away, or take a quick 3 -mile drive to Shelter Cove for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The house is designed for comfort and convenience. You will relax and enjoy Hilton Head through 30 Moonshell’s spacious living areas. Each featuring cozy couches, dining spaces, and 2 fully equipped kitchens. Step out onto the screened-in porch for al fresco dining at the additional dining table, or relax in the private fenced backyard with a pool and spa (heating available for an additional fee).

The master bedroom features a king bed with a private, newly remodeled (2025) bathroom. Guests can also find two bedrooms opposite of the living room, each with two twin beds. These rooms share the hall bathroom. On the other end of the home, you will find the in-law suite with a second King bedroom. This bedroom also has a private bathroom.

We had a lovely time and will definitely be back! The host was very responsive to questions. The space was clean and well maintained with a good amount of amenities (soap, shampoo, towels, etc.) Very well set up for pets and kids with plenty of space and short walk to the beach.

Check-in was super easy! The house was clean and offered everything we needed. Beach access was an easy walk. The pool and hot tub were a plus! Great for rainy days. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this vacation rental!

We had a great family vacation and this house fit perfectly in the plan. Plenty of towels and space for all of us. It was a short and nice walk to the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Had a small issue with the spa when we first got there and Beachside was quick to respond and resolve any issues. We will be back next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice stay. Loved the location and the house was just fine. Very clean and dog friendly. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful. The only negative was we were there during Spring Break and the neighbors had a rental with several college students staying there and they were extremely loud. But after they left it was delightful.

I Cannot express any better than to share this house was so perfect for our family stay!! Spacious, clean, pet friendly, and the beautiful pool/ hot tub was used daily! Nice water feature too! The in law suite was a bonus! Beachside Getaways was quick to respond , very friendly and professional . The screened in porch was another bonus, plus 5 minute walk to the ocean!! 5 star week! Thank you for the many memories you helped us make!

The good was the Home location, room accommodations supplies for

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home location, room, accommodations, supplies for the unit and pool were pluses with a few exceptions. The pool had algae along the walls and mold around part of the fountain. So we’ve missed a few days of having the pool available for us until Freddie The pool man showed up. He did a basic cleaning and shock the pool which helped. The next morning I had to get in the pool myself with a broom to clean off all the rest of the Algae. I do not believe the pool company cleaned the pool on schedule, however, if they did, they did a very poor job of it. They should make some type of concession with the owner. A couple suggestions for the owner. The house looks like it could use some touchup on the outside some areas need Painting. The pans skillets and so on need to be gone through some of them just pitched and replaced with newer skillets. Back on a positive note the inside of the house which they’re only cleaned. The porch area had accumulated dog here in the corners. All in all family had a great time and enjoyed the location. When we had an issue, the management company was friendly and responsive.
