Nestled in the stunning Kootenay Mountains, this charming vacation home is your perfect base for adventure, relaxation, and memories year-round. Ideal for families or small groups, the home features three cozy bedrooms: a master with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, a second with two beds, and a third with one twin bed. A second full bathroom serves the other bedrooms. Plus, enjoy the convenience of in-suite laundry to keep your stay hassle-free!

You'll have full access to everything in the suite. This space was designed with the intention of being a Vacation Rental and everything in here is there for our guests to enjoy.
The Neighborhood:
Located next to the beach, this property offers a blend of resort-style amenities, including access to the outdoor pool, hot tub, and gym.
Getting Around:
Many things are within walking distance however there is parking spaces included if you'd like to bring your vehicles.

• LICENSE #: S149058.01
• Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in ( and check out ) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay.
NOTICE FROM THE BUILDING MANAGEMENT:
Amenities Building (including the gym, activity room, change rooms AND hot tub) will be CLOSED to patrons beginning at 8:30am April 7th and will re-open as soon as the painting is complete.
This is to ensure LWP’s painting contractors are able to complete this work in a timely, uninterrupted manner
(Communal Amenities cannot be guaranteed as these are regulated outside of our control and are subject to closure anytime without notice. )
Rules for Swimming Pool and Hot Tub Use:
• DO NOT use the pool or hot tubs during an electrical storm!
• A cleansing shower must be taken before entering the pool or hot tub.
• Proper swimming diapers must be worn by all infants and toddlers.
• No running, jumping, or diving.
• Unsupervised use by children under the age of 12 is prohibited in the pool and hot tub.
• No food, alcohol, or glass containers.
• No Styrofoam toys in swimming pool and hot tubs.
• No persons suffering from communicable diseases, open sores, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs are allowed in the pool or hot tub.
Swimming Pool/ Hot Tub Hours of Operation:
General Use: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM Daily
Please note: The pool & 2nd hot tub typically open on the May long weekend and close the end of the last weekend in September, subject to weather and pool maintenance requirements.
Doors lock automatically at 10PM. (If you are not out of the pool and in the changing room by 10pm, you will be locked out).
Please note: Pool cleaning in progress before 10am.
Please be sure to put back the fob on the key rack after use. If LOST - a fine of $150 may incur
*We would like to inform our valued guests that we are not in direct control of the maintenance and operations of the pool and hot tub facilities. While we strive to provide a pleasant and well-maintained environment, there may be occasions where maintenance or unforeseen circumstances require temporary closures or restricted access to the pool and hot tub areas. Speak with your booking agent for updates on building amenities.*
We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.
For your peace of mind, we offer two options:
1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.
2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.
These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.
Interaction with Guests:
•Just to set proper expectations, our support line is available only until 2 am.
•Please let us know your estimated time of arrival or if you expect to arrive after 2am, so we can make the necessary arrangements to assist you.
