Don't forget to bring your gas propane for the BBQ, or refill the tanks at the property.

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification via a third party app called SUPERHOG.
You will also be given the choice between paying a REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT or buying a NON-REFUNDABLE DAMAGE WAIVER. We suggest you buy the deposit as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. The deposit takes up to 7 days to be refunded.

*Outdoor lights are prohibited after dark on this specific road due to light population. * Homes in Joshua tree run on a septic tank, only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet. *On Sundays, someone takes out the trash bins and maintains the hot tub. * No fireworks, fire arms or guns of any sorts.

* Cars must be parked in the driveway.
* No events or professional photo shoots without prior agreement.

* Do not touch the Joshua trees, these plants are protected by the law. * Do not leave doors open, various creatures and wild animals may room into the house. *Upon check out, please turn off all lights, heat/AC and lock all the doors. * Longer stays require a weekly cleaning, which are complementary.
