We understand your concerns regarding the condition of the walls and the surrounding neighborhood. Please know that we are addressing the cleanliness concerns with our housekeeping team. Regarding the irons, we recently replaced the iron in the room and confirmed that all irons are currently in good working condition. We are sorry for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We take all guest feedback seriously and would like to provide some clarification for future guests. Before this reservation, I personally visited and inspected the property to ensure it was ready for check-in. During my inspection, I did not detect any marijuana odor or observe significant cleaning concerns. The home had been cleaned and inspected before the guest’s arrival, so the concerns raised regarding the floors, counters, and overall cleanliness were unexpected. While we understand that guests may have different expectations, we take these reports seriously and use them to review our cleaning and maintenance procedures. Regarding the vehicle blocking the driveway, it belonged to a neighbor, and we promptly addressed the situation as soon as it was brought to our attention. The vehicle was subsequently removed. We understand the inconvenience this caused upon arrival and made efforts to resolve it as quickly as possible. We also followed up directly with our cleaning team regarding the allegation of marijuana being smoked inside the property. The team denied the allegation, and I had not detected any such odor during my own inspection before check-in. While we cannot independently verify the guest’s account, we take allegations of this nature seriously and have addressed the matter with the individuals responsible for preparing the home. We regret that the guest did not have the experience they anticipated. However, we believe this review does not fully reflect the property's condition before arrival or our efforts to respond to the concerns raised. We remain committed to maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained home, responding promptly to guest concerns, and continually improving our standards to provide a positive experience for future visitors.
